Seriously, I don't know if she is perhaps a vampire, or perhaps a werewolf. Yet, both types won't grow up or die the moment she shifts into any wolf or turns into a vampire. This means that if she was a werewolf she perhaps shifted at her sixteen, seventeen, and eighteen years old, which means she would look exactly like that. If she is a vampire, that's another matter. She would stay the same age she got bitten and turned at as a vampire and that's an open question of course. Either way, she would keep looking super young.
