Then he positioned his hand in front of his face and yelled "SHIELD!!" and a round holographic blue shield appeared on his hand and he rushed forward. The others also did as he did and their shields also appeared and they rushed forward.

The shield glowed with a soft, blue light, repelling the hail of bullets and arrows. The shooters, taken aback by the sudden appearance of the magical shield, emerged from their hiding places. Their eyes widened in awe and surprise as they took in the sight of Kimberly and her companions, safe and unharmed within the protective bubble. But Kimberly's surprise was even greater, for the shooters were her brothers, Clark and Aaron. The last time they had seen her, it had not been a pleasant encounter.
