The Shifter He Thought Was Beneath Him

The Shifter He Thought Was Beneath Him

In the end, they moved into Bianca's parents' rented two-bedroom. Seven people squeezed inside with barely room for luggage. Bianca and Lila started fighting almost immediately. Lila called Bianca useless; Bianca called Lila a freeloader. When Helen's migraines flared, Bianca's mother told her to wait at a public clinic. Without my doctors, Gregory's blood pressure sent him to the emergency room. Without my tuition payments, Lila was removed from private school. Ethan's company fired him too. Customs work runs on trust. No one wanted client accounts handled by a man whose wedding funding had been pulled at the altar while he owed his ex-fiancee a mountain of debt.

The kinky games they play

The kinky games they play

And who was the idiot who put that note in the bowl ? The game had started during the filming of the first movie in the series ... we call it 'The cheating game', everyone puts their name in a bowl and in the other bowl is different dares. Then two names are drawn and a dare ... you have to cheat your partner into doing the dare first ... it is usually something like getting drunk as a skunk, sleeping in and being late, singing loudly on set or something else silly. It is usually pretty fun and innocent, even if people tend to get really competitive at times ... but hey everyone is friends again when it is over ... it has always been just fun and games after all.

Chasing Shifters: The Rejected Mate

Chasing Shifters: The Rejected Mate

Without another word, she dragged herself from the bed to get ready for school. Lina huffed at the way she was acting. By now, all the alphas would know that they produced the shifterless one. They would never live it down. Fear crept into her heart. What if this next child didn’t have a shifting form either? What if this was genetic? None of what she was thinking made any sense. Only one shifterless was born every so often in order to appease the sun god, but the elders have only trickled the truth down and forgotten the purpose of the shifterless. Kataya was dressed and ready to go. She appeared less disheveled than when she had woken up just a few minutes ago. Lina ushered her outside. “N

A Game of Hearts

A Game of Hearts

Logan clicked the remote, and suddenly, a transparent, glowing orb appeared in the middle of the city. It looked almost like something from an anime or a sci-fi film, as if a force field had enclosed the entire city. Inside the orb, images began to form—buildings, shops, schools, streets. The city's history slowly unfolded in front of their eyes. First, thirty years ago, then twenty years ago, ten years ago, and finally, present-day Ashenford. The city's rapid development played out before them, evoking memories of the past and leaving everyone in awe.

Twisted Games

Twisted Games

She lands on her back hitting her head hard as she falls, obviously suprised by my quick recovery and attack. We viciously struggle with each other on the floor. Her quick reflexes and military grade attacks telling me that she's definitely been trained, probably by the same b*st*rd she works for. Sorry Adriano I think as I bash her head to the floor repeatedly causing a trickle of blood to roll down her forehead.

SHE•SHIFTER

SHE•SHIFTER

“I just have a few questions.” “Okay…” I waited. His questions always put my stomach in knots. “How often do you shift in a 30 day period?” I shrugged. “I’ve never really counted but I only shift when I need to, when it’s an emergency or something.” “So, only when you’re in danger?” I nodded. “Pretty much.” “You don’t do it just for fun, or for your own personal gain?” What kind of question was that? “My body does it on its own,” I answered, “I can’t really control it.”

Alpha Alec's Redemption

Alpha Alec's Redemption

“W-what?” I could hear Raven stammer behind, but my mind was otherwise preoccupied. I’ve heard about shifting. We were taught about it. How it is painful because your bones are basically shifting, re-aligning themselves to those of a wolf. There’s always been excitement towards someone's first shift… But along with that, there is always fear. Fear of the oncoming pain. I won’t lie and say that I am not nervous. I am, but at the same time, I am at peace. I mean, the pains of shifting can’t be as bad as the ones from yesterday, right?

The Alpha broken mate

The Alpha broken mate

"Under my leadership, safety will be the top priority. But so will excellence. This academy has a proud tradition of producing the strongest, most capable shifters in Europe. And we will continue that tradition." Murmurs of approval rippled through the crowd. "To that end," Principal Bergström's expression shifted into something that might have been a smile, "I am reinstating the Annual Competition Games." The auditorium erupted. Students jumped to their feet, cheering and clapping. Sabrina grabbed my arm, her eyes lighting up. "Oh my god, yes! I've been waiting for this!" "Settle down," Bergström raised his hand. "The games will take place over the next two weeks. There will be multiple rou

His Hybrid Luna

His Hybrid Luna

I stepped forward, letting my voice carry through the group. “You think shifting makes you invincible? It doesn’t.” My gaze locked onto each of them, daring them to challenge me. "The King’s army isn’t foolish. They have prepared for us. If we charge in as beasts, we’ll fall into their traps. Silver will burn through your skin before you even reach the enemy. Fire will devour you faster than you can heal.” The warriors remained silent, absorbing my words. "Shifting is not a weapon. It’s a last resort. A tool to be used when the time is right. When they think they’ve beaten us—that is when we turn into monsters.”

The Beta’s Choice (Book 2 of The Luna’s Choice)

I had to, so he would win. I remember how they all sat there staring at me… utterly dumbfounded and confused.. even scared. They told me later that they’d never in any of their lives seen anything like it .. they’d never seen anyone shift so quickly, or without the medicine. They said usually the first shift is slow.. and each part of your body shifts one at a time. This happens for the first few times in fact. But for whatever reason… I did it all at once. Maybe that was the first sign that I was somehow different. I hadn’t thought about that in ages. But I’d always been a quick shifter. Even after that day the second and third times I shifted .. it was immediate.
