Sebastian's palm was still moving very slowly, and a mysterious smile appeared on his face. Just as Yorrick and the onlookers were laughing at Sebastian, there was a sudden series of slaps. The sound of it was as loud as firecrackers! When the final slap faded, Yorrick's body sailed through the air with a whoosh and crashed against the stone pillar beside him.

Cara pushes him and the attempts to push him fails since he hardly moves from where he is standing. "You are going nowhere," Xander says firmly like his word his law which pisses Cara off more. "You," Cara lifts her leg to take out her slipper, she throws it at Xander who luckily ducks, "are," she takes out another slipper and throws it, this time it hits him on his chest. "a caveman." She yells. Xander can't comprehend how quick she can provoke him to anger which the little things she does. He uses to have his actions under control but with her, he forgets his morals.

Then the slap landed. It came across across my cheek. It was hard enough to snap my head to the side and punch the air out of my lungs . I tasted blood where my teeth had caught the inside of my lip. I laughed,but it came out cracked “Didn’t know you still liked foreplay, asshole.”

Anger pooled and boiled at the bottom of my belly at the disrespect. Granny wasn't having the disrespect either because she grabbed Herley’s arm suddenly and slapped Herley loudly across her cheek. Again and again, she gave her three resounding slaps in all. Herley burst into maniacal laughter and spat at Granny's feet. Granny looked appalled at her behavior. “Oh, what did you think would happen? That I would cry and beg for my life when I know you all can’t wait to see my head roll?” Herley said loudly to all of us as she continued with her crazy laughter.

Then he laughed. “Hahahahhah what a damn old stupid drunken joke” Laughed out loud. Laughing so hard, men nearby turned to stare. “You?” he said between chuckles. “What are you here for? To seduce my men? Steal their little wages with your cheap dress and desperate face?” The laughter spread. A chorus of cruel amusement. Something inside me snapped. Before I could think, my hand whipped across his face. “Tar !” Slap. The sound echoed louder than the laughter.

Spitting on his face gave her overwhelming satisfaction. "Pakkk!" A resonating slap sound echoed the room. Sen. Meyer slapped Trishia hard. Trishia's head swayed on the side but she was not shoved to the ground as his men were holding her strongly. Instantly, blood came out from the corner of Trishia's mouth. It didn't bother her as she kept on chuckling. "Pakkk!" Another loud slap was heard. Trishia's head swayed to the other side. "Hahaha!" She laughed out loud still not bothered with her swollen cheeks. "Pakkk!" It was the loudest slap and her blood hit the floor. More blood came out of her mouth but she was still cackling.

“I said, it’s just a husband, and a dumb—” Slap! Right across the face.

He gritted his teeth while ruffling his hair up. ‘He slapped me huh, he just fucking slapped me? That bastard fucking slapped me shit' ***

When he smiles like someone is very dear to him, but the smile is empty, cruel even. “Persistent.” He exclaims pleasantly, like we’re conversing over the luncheon he looked like he walked into. “Stubborn,” I correct, wiping blood off my lip with my shoulder. “Ask anyone.” Bane barrels in at exactly that moment, and I smirk as he skids on the baton. He goes down so hard it shakes the wall. I laugh. I can’t help it. Pain blinks the edges of my vision when I do. The heartbeat kicks again. So she or he does not like slapstick. Noted.
