Smokepaw let out a hiss of frustration as she whirled around and lashed out with her claws unsheathed. "If you want my vole, you'll have to fight me for it!" she spat, glaring at Barktail venomously. The older warrior just stared at her as if she'd grown wings. Smokepaw didn't hesitate to strike forward with her claws as he tried retaliating, but each time he tried striking her down, she moved out of the way as if this was something she practiced all the time. "I won't let you treat me like I'm some little kit!" she yowled after managing to overtake the senior warrior with ease.

Liam shouted for his mate as the wolves got out of the car but before he could reach his mate, further wolves blocked their way. Their growls menacing as they moved closer to attack. Liam and the warriors shifted, their bodies twisting and contorting as fur sprouted out of their skins. Liam and Owen growled a warning to the rouges as they moved forward together. One of the rouges, clearly the leader of this group, howled before the full gang ran to attack the warriors. Liam and Owen ran faster and encountered two of the rouges at one time before biting and snapping at them with their teeth before bringing four of them down at the one time.
