He steps back, his face turned cold, then he nods to his men. One of the hefty gorilla guys cracks his knuckles, walking towards me like he’s about to enjoy this. His clenched fist slams accross my cheek, landing a blow that made me see stars. My lip tears and sharp pain follows. I wince hard, trying to take it. Just as he's cracking the next knuckle… BANG! A sniper shot slices the side of his neck. Clean hit. His body slumps hard on my laps, neck leaking. Gurgling out warm blood that spreads through my pants.

He was about to retort but then fixated on one of the words she said, and paused as he thought about it. “We?” he said. “I don’t see-” Before he could finish his sentence, his shield arm’s shoulder was suddenly pierced by a 200mm round. He was pushed forward and stumbled somewhat from the force of the blow. Then the supersonic CRACK of Xylo’s sniper cannon echoed throughout the zone a second later. She stood up on top of the main building with the largest generators, and looked down on the battlefield. Her sensors quickly scanned all her opponents, and combined with Raijin’s data, determined their absolute weakest points.

The sniper was the most important part of their trap because the bullet they were going to use was a Silver Rush bullet. It could easily penetrate a martial artist's protective energy, which meant that no matter how skilled Sebastian was, he wouldn't be able to escape death. But now, with the sniper dead, it meant that the deadly trap had been completely unraveled by Sebastian. "There are too many impossibilities in this world. You've overestimated yourselves and underestimated your opponent. That's why men from the Slaughter Gods are all just talk." Sebastian glanced at the gunman on the ground and asked coldly once again, "Now tell me, who ordered you to kidnap Whitney? Jace?"

Like a shadow in motion, Zea veered sideways, eluding the lethal projectiles with an effortless grace. A chair materialized in her path, and she seized the opportunity without a second thought. Vaulting onto it, she leaped into the air, and landed a vicious reverse kick straight to her assailant's face. She immediately grabbed the rifle from his hand and swiftly shot three more men who were about to attack her. The sniper's ruthless gaze scoured the chaotic torrent of fleeing bodies. Until a woman caught his eye. Standing tall amidst the swirling crowd, with a long rifle in her hands. Her aim fixated on his doomed existence. The gravity of the situation hit him like a thunderclap.

For just a brief second, I saw a spike of fear in Sniper's eyes, and that's all I needed to know that he was going to break. "How do you know my name?" Sniper mumbled, and I smirked.

“Bastard! “How is he that good?!” The sniper was planning to escape. After all, he would be at a disadvantage if he fought at close range. But before he could get to the stairs, Harvey had already shown up when he threw a kick. The sniper instinctively swung his rifle, trying to deflect Harvey’s kick. Bam! The rifle split in half. The sniper stumbled back when he discarded his broken rifle, then pulled out a revolver and aimed the barrel at Harvey. Harvey stopped in his tracks before clapping his hands with a curious look.

“Shut up, man. Your fvcking nonsense is making me want to puke.” Silvio grinned. “Then aim for the enemy. Might as well make yourself useful.” Xanthe cracked his knuckles. “Enough. It’s time to see blood.” The banter died instantly. We adjusted our earpieces and moved in silence, weapons steady. The docks stretched ahead, slick with rain, the shadows shifting under flickering streetlights. Rusted containers and abandoned cranes loomed like ghosts in an industrial graveyard. Xanthe peeled off, climbing the skeletal remains of an old crane, taking his sniper’s nest. He was our eye in the sky, the one who called the shots before they even happened.

"A sniper!" Sebastian instantaneously reacted on his reflex as he checked Chrissy's pulse through her neck. That's when Sebastian closely noticed the rifle shot fired directly to Chrissy's middle forehead in one go. It only took one shot for the sniper to kill Chrissy. It means, he was deadly skilled on that field.

Hidden. "Sniper," Albert said. "X has snipers positioned. He was never going to let them live." Two more shots. James and Maria dropped, executed before they could scream. Shoot me already.” The man behind him stabbed his head forward with the gun. “Now you shut up!” I saw Xander’s fingers ball into fists and one looked down at him, and I knew what he had planned. “Sniper!” I screamed, ducking behind for cover with my eyes still on Xander.
