Jessi's P.O.V. "Why are you screaming?" Wyatt asks, looking at me and the area behind the wall. "There was a huge spider running across the floor," I say, shaking to get the feeling of spiders crawling all over me to go away. I see Wyatt smirk, and I glare at him. "You're scared of spiders?" He asks as though it's the best thing he's heard in a long time.

My rules. I'm a grown man. I'm not that little boy. I'm no longer there. Each chant seems futile. It's not working. The spiders are back. The ants-they're crawling again. I can feel them. By the moon goddess, I can feel them. And I'm screaming. Not out loud, I think. Maybe I am. "Mommy..." "Daddy..." "Anyone there, just help me..." I hate that I'm saying it. But I say it anyway. I can't stop it.

I'd rather learn how to kill spiders without fainting just at the sight of them. Wait, I just told you my deepest secret. That’s it, my greatest fear is spider. I mean all spiders, but the giant ones are always like death to me. I am Alice Johnson, Crazy Alice to be precise. I don't give a fuck about anyone, I talk to people anyhow but if you want me dead, just bring out a spider. I’m not planning to tell anyone this though, I hate it when people see my weak point, eww.

“I’m working on my plan about him.” Spider shook his head. “Like anyone would believe that. I’m starting to wonder whether that rumor about his golden dick is true. Is it really golden?” It wasn’t; not physically, anyway—not that he would ever find that out. “What’s so special about him?” Spider huffed.

This spider was a Goliath Birdeater, and it was looking directly at me. A scream that I have never screamed comes from the depths of my soul. I can feel the difference in the tone as it exits through my vocal cords. The second the sound radiates towards the spider, it moves. Instantly I step back away from it and fall into the coffee table and all the way through it onto the ground.

Except that the third of the above mentioned things is not possible because I'm fairly certain that you're not a spider as last I'd heard, spiders couldn't read. But then again, there are lots of strange things going on around this world so I wouldn't find it weird if I get a text saying hello there! I'm a spider. Just thought to let you know that I can read and write. Oh who am I kidding?! I'd throw my phone to God knows where and lock myself in a spiderproof place. Which reminds me, I need to look for those things...not the literate spiders..., the spiderproof places. For future references.
