I gave him a small smile of thanks and followed Lari out, and we headed down the street to our parent’s home. The man's neck tilted to the side as he muttered thoughtfully. His head snapped up, and I cringed back on the chair when I saw his large, dark eyes blaze. “The Lycan kings! You are the sister of the Lycan kings!" I sensed fear and anger in his voice as he growled out. His face reddened, his fist clenched, and his teeth jammed together as he glared murderously at me.

He stood alongside my sister, Lily, and a few pack warriors, craning his neck to peer toward the VIP pathway. “Eric, isn’t that Selena? She’s actually alive?” Eric whipped around. For a split second, he looked as if he wanted to reach out and pull me into an embrace, but his eyes caught Lily standing right behind him, and his movement came to a jarring halt. “I knew it. I chuckled, making him laugh too and he let me go just in time as Samantha came back, pretty and proper as always. “You look beautiful, sis. Are you ready to go ?” I asked and kissed the top of the head. “Let’s go brother.
