Lies of a Pregnant Bride

Lies of a Pregnant Bride

The screen lit up with a warm-faced woman, soft features that echoed Sophia's own just enough. That was the actress playing Mom—Farrah, stage name of course. They locked eyes, no words needed. Perfect sync. They'd rehearsed the script to death, just waiting to roll it out for Ethan. When he was less than ten feet from the bedroom, Sophia flicked her left eye in a quick wink at the screen. Showtime! "Mom, is Dad ever gonna forgive me?" She cranked the volume, voice cracking with fake sobs. Farrah's voice floated from the phone.

THE BILLIONAIRE'S BEAUTIFUL MARIONETTE

THE BILLIONAIRE'S BEAUTIFUL MARIONETTE

I quickly said, “But you're here and alright now. We'll take it slowly…day by day.” Sophia smiled faintly. “I'll get much better, Cece. I promise. I'll get strong enough to dance again and you'll be by my side too…dancing together with me as mom would have loved.” Her words hit me hard. The memories of our mother as she urged me to be strong and never give up when ballet got tough,it all came back to me. I kissed Sophia’s head,my tears dripping onto her skin. “You don't have to push yourself too hard. Just keep getting better. That's all I need.”

The Billionaire's Baby Bargain

The Billionaire's Baby Bargain

the director called out and Sofia gracefully rose off the floor to stand in front of her backup dancers. Sofia scoffed to herself. This dance wasn’t difficult at all. She could honestly do it in her sleep, but she supposed not everyone could be as good as she was. The music started and Sofia gave herself over to it. No matter what she was dancing to, Sofia always gave it her all. That was why she was well on her way to being the best. She had just gotten to the part where she would go from a sissonne to an arabesque, but she knew as soon as her feet left the floor that she wasn’t going to make the landing. She could only hope she didn’t get injured too much.

I really liked the story but HATE the ending, too much left hanging. I don’t think this was a good ending to the book even if there is a sequel. So now I’ll wait for hopefully a next one so there’s closure to so many unresolved issues.

is this book finished? I am getting near the end and where I'm at, there is a lot to wrap up in just a few chapters. I think this is a great story line, it has me anxious to find out how it will all out

Reborn To Divorce the Jerk

Reborn To Divorce the Jerk

Sophia kept humming to the music in the store. Only Damian, just unbuttoned the first few buttons of his shirt, revealing a little flushed neck, and nothing else indicates that he had any alcohol at all. The glass is half empty. Sophia pressed Maya's shoulders and stood up: "I'm going to dance. You two don't have to wait for me, leave when you want to. Now that I'm out, I’m gonna have a good time." She turned around and left the seat, and bent down again Leaning closer to Maya's ear, he said, "There are quite a few handsome guys on the dance floor, and the quality is very good. You chose the venue very well today."

The CEO Is My Brother

The CEO Is My Brother

'' ‘‘You’ll eventually need a man,'' Sophia gasped with eyes wide open. Was her mom not a feminist? She thinks her daughter will need a man to depend on? Wow, that was a stab into her ego. She took a step ahead to argue when her towel slipped and exposed one of her breasts which peaked, lazily sagging out. She quickly worked her hands and adjusted herself and the towel around her body with a constant frown on her face. A blush soon taking over her face. When Sophia looked back at her mom, she had a smirk on her perfect red lips, ''and this ideal body of yours, whom are you preserving for?''

PLAYED BY FATE (English Version)

“Can I come with you? I want to meet your mommy too.” Sophie stopped wiping her mouth with a tissue and looked at Diana. “I miss my mom.” Diana suddenly felt sad remembering her late mother. Sophie’s heart was touched by seeing the sadness on Diana’s face. She is lucky because she still has someone whom she recognizes as a mother, even though Magda is only her stepmother. “Mommy cooks well; do you want to taste it?” Diana quickly stood up before answering. “Sure! Let’s go?” Sophie nodded with a smile and stood up. Diana had her own car, so she just followed her. She took her to the mansion where she and her stepmother lived.

I STOLE MY SISTER'S FIANCE: A CEO!

I STOLE MY SISTER'S FIANCE: A CEO!

Sophia walked into the cathedral, mascara stains sticking to her cheeks from obviously crying, her hair all over the place as she glared at her sister, my wife. “What the hell is going on?” her mother asked as soon as she saw the state her other daughter was in. “How are you…..wait….who are you?” She stumbled over her words. “Sophia, mother! I’m Sophia!” She screeched again, almost triggering my hatred for noise as I smirked discreetly at the show playing before me. “But then….who is….No.” Her mother whispered as her recognition flashed in her eyes. “Summer?!” She screeched at the same time as her daughter.

A Mother's Hand

A Mother's Hand

My mother, Sophie Nash, was also my homeroom teacher, and she loved nothing more than using me to assert her authority. She was convinced that the worse off I was, the more afraid my classmates would be, and the higher her authority would be. Once, when I passed an eraser to a classmate during class, she slapped me so hard across the face in front of the whole class that my face swelled up. Another time, after I secretly ate a crumb of a classmate’s snack during recess, my mom dragged me up to the front of the classroom and pricked my lip with a needle until blood gushed out. Later, when a classmate was caught by the vice principal for having a romantic relationship while underaged, my m

he said, his tone even and measured. The words hit me like a slap, even if this wasn’t the first time he’d said them. My jaw tightened as I drew a slow, measured breath. “Your mommy is right here. She’s been worried about you.” I nodded toward Sophia, who had just swept into the room like a gust of designer perfume. Her dark red hair fell in glossy waves over her shoulders, not a strand out of place. She wore her usual uniform of control—a snug leather jacket over a skin-tight black dress, a picture of polished perfection.

I'm not just a human

I'm not just a human

I want my mate ! Sophia's POV This past week has really been going good. Noah has made some friends and he is very happy here. I haven't made any new friends, but more and more people are starting to treat me better, more friendly. Sam has even convince the twins to let me jog in the woods as long as it was with Sam or Jenny. I've also been sparing with Sam and Jenny, I don't allow them to go easier on me, just because I'm human, but I think they still hold back a little. Noah is back in school and I'm allowed to start again next week Monday. I have my own training area in the packs gym and I like it. I even started dancing again, yes I danced when I was younger.

Wonderful story and great interest through out. Fantastic characters and great detail from start to finish. Down side is spell and wrong names on the main male characters but other than that a wonderful book

I truly enjoyed this book as it took you on a journey thru Sophies and noah life. It gives you detailed information on how they lived and survived a brutal stepfather. How sophia/Kendra finds there mate on her 18th birthday, but they turns out to be the twin alphas who bullied her at school.
