My jaw slackening could not be helped, I had the most strikingly, unbelievably gorgeous men in all realms and universes standing right in front of me, fighting over me. My eyes briefly went to the Devil and I gulped uneasily. I was not expecting him to have such a powerful effect on me, but in those seconds I held eye contact, my mental anguish and angst tripled in intensity. Since the night I provoked the Devil beast out of him, I had not seen his eyes look so frightening. There was an unnerving darkness and sterness saturated in his vehement, soulless silver- blue eyes that made him even more minacious than he normally is.

"What do you mean?" "I just mean, you're a formidable businesswoman. I imagine there's quite a lot occupying your mind," he replied. A soft chuckle escaped me. His sense of humor, both humble and perceptive, intrigued me. "So, you're a lover of art?" I asked, turning back to the mesmerizing painting before us. "I'm obsessed," he stated simply. A faint, knowing smile played on my lips. "What's your favorite artwork?." "Devil in a Silhouette by Stéi Fontaine," he said without hesitation.

The man standing over the victim continued to inflicted the bar on his back. "Now that's a proper beating" the devil's voice echoed into the room as he stepped in. The cold aura emanating from him sent shivers to the body of all the men in the room almost making them tremble. The devil was back! The man in blue pants turned. As his eyes met the blue sparkling eyes of the boss, it showed an indifferent expression. Although he looked slightly amused with the situation going.. "You're back. So early?" Charles asked Freeing the shirtless man beneath him.

I lost my precious belonging to him, I had to know who I shared this bond with. “Because I saw your soul,” He took it like I was kidding with him, why? Because he laughed. Not chuckled, laughed. “You’re funny…” He shifted me in his lap in a snap. My hair was displaced all over my face which he tugged away and played with other strands. His eyes were on my hair when he said, “There’s nothing as such a soul in me, I’m born devil,” I wasn’t expecting this. What did that mean?

So with a steadying breath, I lift my chin and meet that soulless, oily stare directly. "I accept." Behind those shadowed pits, the entity's slitted eyes flare a baleful, eldritch blue in seeming delight. And in that moment, I have a terrible premonition I may have just signed my everlasting soul away to the abyss...
