She smirked as her blond hair lightly sways with the wind and the bright-heartened orange eyes staring back at Peirce assuring him he was never alone. “I— we missed you.” She mentioned. Peirce looked at her hands noticed one of it was slightly burnt, his eyes widened then looked at Sniffia. “I’m—" “Hey, kiddo. I’m not an old Mister… I’m only in my late forties, you know.” Lazarus was surprisingly seen behind them then looked at Node, flung him a huge egg. “Could you make something out of this for us, Nute.” Node shakily caught it then observed what was in his hand.

She finally left Ellen's room, leaving her daughter, who was looking at Karin annoyed. "Tsk! Why doesn't anyone agree with me? even though the possibility could happen, even though it is very unlikely. Aren't there many films that tell the story of a soul entering another person's body?" Ellen muttered; she was now discussing a film. "If Mama doesn't believe it, maybe someone else will." Ellen smiled meaningfully; in her brain, she was already planning something.

Uncle mumbled enough to my hearing with a fake smile plastered on his lips so as not to give Jason, Alpha Sage’s beta. Jason’s tall and imposing figure with piercing blue eyes, stood by a sleek black SUV. He nodded at me curtly, his expression stern. "it's time to go." I took a deep breath and walked towards the vehicle, sparing my uncle a last-minute look. Jason opened the door for me, and I climbed in, settling into the plush seat. Jason got down and helped me out just in time the doors breaking open and revealing an aged woman probably around the age of 62 with a smile plastered on her lips.

Gillow didn’t waste time delivering the truth. “Elder is three centuries old.” Arda’s eyes widened. “Oh my God.” Her face paled, but Gillow pressed on. “Sue is 125 years old. Karina is 140—same age as Chester. Felicia is 130, and Asher is 131.” As the words sank in, Arda felt her body go cold. The room spun, and before she could process another thought, everything went black.

“How old are you, Ghost?” “You can call me by my name, Luna,” he says with a wan smile. “I’m twenty-one years old.” My eyes widen. “That’s the same age as me! You don’t…look that young, to be honest,” I say and he chuckles. “My kill count is nearing four figures, Luna; it ages you,” he says, then catches himself. “Not that I mind doing it for my Alpha-” “You don’t need to explain yourself to me, don’t worry. Killing can taint the soul and age the body, I understand,” I say, before sighing. “Now, I have never seen you so anxious. Is everything okay?”
