CLAIRE's POV “As you know, spells are divided into classes, which are elements. Fire, water, wind and earth,” Aunt Axera said as she paced in front of me. I stood rigidly to the ground, palms made into tight fists as I listened to her. Her eyes found me and she continued. “Some spells differ however, like the healing and protection spell. There is one more spell, one which I will not mention.” I cocked my head with my eyebrows raised. I wanted to question her on what spell she was talking about, but the look on her face told me that she was not willing to talk about it.

Arc asked, being bemused. "We never planned much when we stayed there. And Adi had put the spells which acted like barriers so that whatever we speak no one could listen to it." Leo replied. "I see. May I know the spells which you used, miss Adi?" Arc looked at Adi as he asked her. "Sure" Adi informed him about the spells which she used. "You said you are a human right?" Arc frowned, looking at her suspiciously to which Adi nodded. "What happened, Arc?" Leo asked.

Veronica arrived on time, she had with her all the ingredients necessary for the spell to take place. “Why are they glowing?” Mika asked. “The spell has been reversed.” I said. But if we make you untouchable, they eventually tire of reaching for what they cannot grasp.” She took his small hands in hers. “Close your eyes. It’s time for the Keeper’s Spell.” Kenny squeezed his eyes shut. “Is it going to hurt?” “No. It’s going to feel like a second skin. One made of glass and starlight.” Lyra began the incantation, her voice a low hum that vibrated the floorboards. “Solis umbra, fati custodia. What is seen is held; what is held is hidden.” “I feel... cold,” Kenny muttered, his fingers twitching in hers.

The previous tenant had run a design studio, so with a few simple touches, it was ready for work. The studio wasn't large. In fact, it was somewhat modest. Jonah wasn't satisfied, but I insisted on renting the space. I didn't want to be more financially indebted to him. After our return from the seaside, the nature of our relationship had begun to shift slightly off course from what I'd envisioned. Star growled annoyed by us being locked up like some kind of fragile item. Doing as Star said I walked towards Sid backing him into a corner and grabbing a hold of his head. Don’t interrupt my spell again!” Bella pressed her lips together, using her thumb and index finger to mimic zipping her mouth, causing Halle to hiss before continuing her spell.
