He reached out to touch her, but mischief colored her smile as she dashed off behind a curtain.

Then he noticed the part about changes. “Changes?” Steve sighed and looked up at the grey sky. “Hopefully it’s just stuff related to Halloween and Christmas rather than anything else.” Lucas’ mind started to spark off ideas for Christmas themed chocolates and cakes. He could do the traditional things that customers would expect and add in some unique flavours combinations for something unexpected. “Christmas is an important time for a place like this,” he said. “It’s always fun to plan it all out.” Steve stayed looking up at the sky and didn’t reply.
