3rd January, 1999(morning) The Warehouse Lana Its a never ending circle. A repeated sequence I experience everyday, locked up in this room with little or no contact. A hollow feeling in my heart whenever I think about my family, the grief I feel whenever I remember those who died in that bloody Christmas party.

Knox questioned, backing out of the driveway. "They'll have a few fruits and vegetables but the main stuff is Christmas themed. All different kinds of Holiday sweets, handmade stuff for presents. That sort of thing." I had so many memories coming to the farmers market with my parents, looking at every booth and seeing what they were selling. Always buying carmel popcorn to snack on as we walked.

The woman said, giggled. They entered the house, and Demie was greeted by a well-decorated living room. There's an L shape sectional sofa and a white Christmas tree stand on its end, and another two-seater couch beside the Christmas tree. Wreaths are hanging on the window, socks on the Christmas tree. And Demie can also see the dining part from her view in the living room. "Wow," Demie cheered, ecstatic to see the Christmas decors. She heard her Aunt Kareen giggled and walked to the sofa and sat. "Is it beautiful?" the woman smiled. Demie was about to answer when someone called her.

Chapter 80: Christmas Proposal Kathleen’s P.O.V Christmas had been a lonely time for me these past few years. I had usually spent the holidays working or at the hospital, during my mother’s treatment. But this year, everything changed when I met Arthur and his little girl, Hayley. You don't even know them well.” “Cartwright!” I shouted, stepping between them. “Enough!” Cartwright glared at Jace for a moment longer, his chest heaving, before stepping back. He ran a hand through his hair, letting out a frustrated sigh. “I don’t care what anyone says,” he muttered. “I’m gonna find him. And when I do...” He didn’t finish the sentence, but the look in his eyes said enough.

The room got very quiet. "You got her a present?" Catherine asked, amused. "She's staying in my house for Christmas. Of course I got her a present." I unwrapped it carefully. Inside was a wooden bookmark, smooth and perfect, with my name carved in beautiful script along one edge. My breath caught. This was the one Sophie had seen weeks ago. The one he'd been making in secret. "It's beautiful," I whispered. "He's been working on that forever," Sophie said. "I knew it was for someone. I just didn't know it was you."

The snow keeps falling, heavy and suffocating. When I finally gather enough courage to walk home, my nerves are shredded. My thoughts got tangled. Brayan asks, his big round eyes widening as he pleads, and there’s no way I’m saying no to that. “Fine,” I tell him. This is the last of the Christmas decor anyway, so he can get to put it up. I hand him the flower, pick him up to give him some added height, and I direct him to hang the mistletoe over the door knocker. “WOW! It’s so nice and pretty. This is where kisses happen right?” Brayan asks innocently, and I nod. He turns to face me, malice glinting in his baby eyes, and already knowing that he’s about to ask when I’ll kiss a girl here, I attack him with a ton of kisses. Since he’s in my arms, there’s really nothing else for him to do other than twist in my grasp.

I opened the door to find a serious Davis and a smiling Carter as usual. "Merry Christmas Twinkle Toes," Carter greeted me when Davis said nothing. "Merry Christmas Carter." "Don't call her that. She obviously doesn't care about her title." Davis crossed his arms, seeming upset as he entered. "It's Christmas, Davis, have some cheer." Carter elbowed him on the side earninf him a scowl from Davis. "What did you want to talk about?" Davis asked, seeming ready to leave. I sighed, feeling really nervous about telling him.

There had been two moments, and only two, during which he had outshone his amazing blandness – the first was landing Tiffany Hammond, a small town beauty queen who had made it to state level before flunking out of the competition, as his wife, and then in getting promoted from his role as general laborer to supervisor for Zeus, which had resulted in the relocation from Lilydale to Havermouth, and was probably more due to Patrick’s willingness to pry his family up and transfer them than any personal attribute.
