Married at First Sight

Married at First Sight

“If you put it that way, Ms. Stone indirectly helped me!” She thought about it and laughed again. “I really want to thank Ms. Stone. I hope she can win Mr. York’s heart as soon as possible! Ms. Stone is the heiress to Stone Group and has all the money and power in the world, so she should be able to find out whether there’s any problem with Mr. York. We’re lucky that no one heard us joking about Mr. York’s impotence back then, so it’s best we don’t joke about this again.” Jasmine said casually, “We were just gossiping anyway. How would Ms. Stone know if Mr. York is impotent? There haven’t been any young women around Mr. York, so who knows if he has any problems in that department?”

This book is very good and the plot keeps you intrigued. The only problem is that the entire book is not out after going in 3 years and only 2 chapter are given per day. I have read 3 other books to completion but can’t seem to get this book done because of the amount of chapters given per day.

Ebony's Pack: Fated to the Ranger Wolves

Ebony's Pack: Fated to the Ranger Wolves

Jane walked about ten metres from the entrance and began unpacking bags and such. “I’ll help mom.” Sapphire went to assist, something she naturally did. She was the sister who had a hand to help everyone around her and yet never asked for help herself. Ebony knew every large family seemed to have one. Stone picked up rocks and things he found on the ground. “Okay, maybe because I know my rocks and such well enough. This stone, in general, doesn’t look or feel right for the area. I’m not seeing any minerals or limestone rocks. The solid granite rocks of the shield aren’t here either. Well, they are, but they feel like they’ve been sucked dry of something. Which doesn’t make sense at all.” He

The Beta & the jewel thief - book 6

The Beta & the jewel thief - book 6

“It’s a thief we need.” Tawny’s sweet voice comes over the monitor and moves closer to the screen, her yellow eyes pinned on Lyric. “Once upon a long time ago, many, many moons before now, The doorways to the realm of the gods were sealed by four powerful gods and goddesses. They created four stones, one per each god’s magic. These stones not only sealed the doorway, but they also became the key to reopening it. We recently discovered a book with an explanation, a doorway, and some other papers.” She casts Crimson a sideways glance and he shrinks in his seat. “And that’s what I stole? One of these four stones?” Lyric asks.

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

Fated Between The Dragon and Alpha

Fated Between The Dragon and Alpha

The frown on his forehead was even more obvious now. I nodded my head slowly. "Yes, but that was even longer ago. As far as I know, The Sun Stone Pack is not within this forest territory. That pack is not even adjacent to The Moon Stone Pack. I don't know where that pack is located. But why is it written in this book that The Moon Stone Pack is related to The Sun Stone Pack? What kind of relationship is going on between these two packs exactly?" "Then, let's go see Lizea, and bring this book, so that she can use her magic power through this book. That way, it should be a lot easier for us to get much more complete information, and also less long-winded."

Luna by Contract, Mother in Secret

Luna by Contract, Mother in Secret

“Old and deep, woven into the stones themselves.” Torren snorted, his rogue’s instincts keeping him a step behind, eyes darting to every corner. “Magic or not, I don’t trust a place that feels like it’s holding its breath.” They pressed on toward the town square, where a grand library loomed like a sentinel. Its stone facade bore intricate carvings of mythical beasts and forgotten heroes, weathered by time yet pulsing with an unspoken presence. The heavy wooden doors stood ajar, a yawning maw that seemed to beckon and warn in equal measure. With a shared nod, they stepped inside, the air shifting to a musty blend of old parchment and incense.

I'm Your Stepping Stone but His Gem

I'm Your Stepping Stone but His Gem

"Those three fools are just pawns and not worth our concern. The Coldwells are the real chess players behind the scenes." My expression darkened. "No wonder when I looked into Tahlia's background, I found that she had a distant cousin working as a secretary at Coldwell Realty." Charles gently set his mug down. "Doing business is like waging war—schemes and conspiracies are inevitable. But harming the innocent and poisoning people? That goes far beyond normal corporate competition." He looked at me, and a sharpness I had never seen before flared in his eyes. "There's such a thing as karma. Since they've chosen this path, they'll have to face the consequences."

I asked. “Sure, take the clothes I've left in the case, the jumpers will come in handy with winter around the corner and everyone could do with a new wardrobe back at compound. Hey!” He stated smacking Porters hand away from a bottle of booze. “You know the rules. Finders keepers.” He stated before looking back to me. “You dug all of this up so you get to keep anything you want.” He smiled nodding to the booze and the jewellery box.

he continued, looking at Rebecca. “I’m Rebecca Holland, Mr. Stone’s partner for the evening. Nice to meet you, Mr...” she intervened in a determined voice. “Spencer Collins, director and writer!” It was like I didn’t exist anymore. The truth was Rebecca was beautiful, and I took that risk when I invited her. And since all the attention was on her, I had to go with that. And even be proud of it. “Please come to my table. There we can talk better. And it’s right next to the stage. I’m sure the gentleman here will win in all categories.”

The golden compromise

The golden compromise

I had never been inside a room like this in my life. Stone City didn't have rooms like this. Stone City had shops with paperback novels piled outside for five naira each. Worn covers. Missing pages. Stories that other people had already touched and left behind. This was something else entirely. I moved to the nearest shelf. Ran my finger along the spines without pulling anything out. Just reading the titles. Feeling the texture of the bindings. I stopped at one. A thin volume. Dark blue cover. No image. Just a title in faded gold letters.
