Novel & Cerita Stranded In Space Book

Maya threw the silver fire at its chest. The fire vanished on contact. The black stone just swallowed it whole. “You can’t burn the sun with a match, Maya,” the Keeper said. Suddenly, the walls cleared like glass. Maya gasped. They were in space. Earth hung below—a tiny blue marble. But it didn’t look normal. Gold and silver lines wrapped around the planet, tangled like a web. “The network,” she whispered.

He did the same. The ship departed. --- The journey lasted six days. On the sixth day, the stars disappeared. The ship's systems began failing. Rylan's voice came through the communication system. "We're entering unknown space." Liana looked through the window. The silver ocean appeared. It stretched endlessly. There was no planet beneath it. No horizon. Just an ocean floating through darkness. Above it hung the black moon. The older Liana whispered, "It's exactly the same." Caelum stood beside her.

"We detected the soul-merge signature from the upper grid. The containment room is prepped—" "Stand down, Dr. Vance," Fenris ordered, his voice suddenly cutting through the room with rigid, absolute authority. He straightened his posture, forcing his body to mask the excruciating pain tearing through his ribs as he stepped out of the elevator, keeping his grip firmly locked onto Maya's wrist. "The containment room won't be necessary."

Sandilo slung his arms around her neck and said, “Why not? Once our baby girl is big enough for space travel, we can request Grandpops to come and pick us up. “You will come with me too…” Vivian asked in a doubtful voice. “Of course! You are my world, Love. I will follow you wherever you go; in this life and even after this life.” Sandilo said kissing the top of her head. Sandilo sat on a huge boulder and pulled Vivian onto his lap. They watched as the spaceship moved further and further away until it was just a speck in the sky.... THE END

Nin did find a reluctant man to hire a ride. Ellis cast a last look over Logan's shoulder. She regretted that her first off-world experience was so disappointing. The space port was located at the edge of the town and she could see past it into the uninhabited desert, its brick-red soil whipped by hot winds, dried skeletons of dead trees pointing at the brilliant blue sky. There was a wild, haunting beauty to it. Ellis admired the people for not only managing to survive but thriving in this unforgiving place. She hoped that someday she'd have a chance to come back and explore it properly.

I can't seem to think past the ache in-between my legs, talk less of forming coherent sentences. Images of him pinning me to this very wall, tearing my clothes off and pounding into me in the most feral way possible fill my head till they're all I can think about. But the asshole steps away, a smirk on his face. One that I'm sure will haunt my sleep tonight. “So, Little Trouble,” he begins. " I'll have you understand the full story behind the curse that's on our bond." He fishes a huge dusty book from the cupboard and places it on the table.

All I knew was that Strains had powers, different from regular humans. I never realized that they were divided into special categories. The line began moving. Eventually, it was my board turn the aircraft, seats lined along both sides. I sat next to Ash, while Kael sat at the far corner near the door. The moment the aircraft lifted off, dread filled my stomach. It felt like death was getting closer. I was the only one with no ability. Everyone else in here had some kind of power. How was I supposed to survive? I didn’t know how long the flight lasted, but soon we landed. We disembarked and moved in a crowd toward a massive, towering, intimidating metal gate, surrounded by high walls. “Radon”

stretched into a needle-shape, piercing the fabric of space-time. Inside the city, the "Long-Sleep" was initiated. To survive the journey to the nearest star, the population had to be placed in "Stasis-Pods" powered by the remaining Synthesis energy. One by one, the lights of Aethelgard dimmed. Audrey and Lucas were the last to enter the pods. They stood at the viewport, watching the Siren shrink into a tiny, blue dot. "We did it," Lucas whispered. "No," Audrey said, closing her eyes as the stasis-mist began to fill the chamber.

The fall from the stratosphere was a silent, terrifying descent through a sky that no longer belonged to humanity. As Leo Vane drifted in the wake of the "Resonance-Nova," the atmosphere of Earth felt different, colder, thinner, and vibrating with the low-frequency hum of the Violet Citadels.

The bodies of my friends are wrenched free of their restraints and rise to the ever-widening hole in the hull. I have no time to mourn their loss as my life hangs by a thread. My lungs gasp for air. I have exhausted all but the primitive need to survive. I pull myself the last few feet along the cord tethered to the airlock hatch and slam my palm onto the manual release. As the door slides open, I grab the frame against the rush of air from the bridge. I am losing the battle against the onslaught of escaping oxygen when Judah reaches out and hauls me inside. I cling to him, shaking unashamedly. I can feel Judah’s breath on my cheek. The hatch closes behind me, shutting out the nightmare I ha
