SHADOWED SALVATION

SHADOWED SALVATION

Pouting, I could tell she was close to crying, “Just read it to me, mama.” I took the book from her, it was titled Sleeping Beauty, and then I started reading, “Once upon a time, in a far-off kingdom, a beautiful princess named Aurora (also known as Briar Rose) was placed under a sleeping curse by a wicked fairy named Maleficent. The curse was meant to punish the king and queen for not inviting Maleficent to the princess's christening.” I paused and then continued.

Conquering the Duke

Conquering the Duke

"Yes, I smelled it once and found it curious as it had never been there. It must come from that woman, she has done it." Emma almost threw the book she was reading. She had heard of those fragrances, the ones that only fairies can brew and sell to entice men. However, she had never used it, but... She disappeared, then appeared on the second floor of the library, there was a wide collection of fairies potions. From the weakest and easier to find to the strongest and rare ones. All the names were listed in order, from the effects to the smells. She passed the yellow pages, searching, reading every name, every effect recorded... then, as she was sighing a breath of relief, she reached the last

The Alpha Vampire Master

The Alpha Vampire Master

"This spell was cast by a fairy, and as you know that they all have gone in hiding since the war that raged amongst themselves." Anastasia does seem a bit amused; what on earth does have the woman so captivated in inner laughter at a time like this. With a tiny giggle, she soon speaks her mind. "Sebastian, did you just say fairy?" "Indeed, my beloved, I did." "Like in Peter Pan, that little girl thingy with the wings? Did that little tiny person cast a spell on a book? How big is the book?" "I see you have grown a funny bone in your body. That little fairy is actually very much the size of you and me. You should not believe everything that you read."

The Supernatural Spa

The Supernatural Spa

Sorry for not introducing myself earlier on. You can call me “The Diwata”. It’s our local term for a Fairy Enchantress. Try to imagine me as a full-grown woman, but I’m actually a Fairy. So no, I do not look anything like Disney’s Tinkerbell. I will be your storyteller in all the stories in the book. And just like everything you read here, it’s up to you to decide which is real, and which is not…

The Fairytale Beauty

The Fairytale Beauty

I guess her height is 176 cm which is 12 cm different from me, who has a height of 188 cm. She is beautiful, enchanting. A unique beauty, I called her beauty "fairy tale beauty". Is she from another country? She looks different from a common girl in this country. After a while, she finally realized that I was staring at her. That girl, Nadya, whom I didn't know her name at that time, saw me too. While I looked at her with a look full of admiration, she smiled at me. Her cheeks weren't red, maybe that's her "Candle skin" uniqueness, but I could sure that she was shy when I looked at her. And behold, even her gaze is so different; her gaze is gentle, delicate, and winning. I swear she looks li

Corruption

Corruption

So Proserpina moves on to the next row, then the next one, and the next one, on and on until she was literally kneeling like a child on the floor when she finally comes across a book third to the last on the bottom row in between a skinny book and leather bound one; the book was silver-gray, small and light in her hands and the cover seemed to have some sort of glossy material in it as it twinkled when she turned it here and there… ‘Kind of a child’s storybook,’ she noted. The book was almost as big as her palm and seemed to have pages as what one would expect from a novelette. She carefully opens it up to the first page–not wanting to have a repeat of another destroyed book because a destro

Dear Enemy, You're My Mate

Dear Enemy, You're My Mate

Bookshelves are covering the walls, and I'm standing on someone's green rug. "Took you long enough." I lift my chin and stare forward, meeting the face of a fairy woman with gentle eyes. Her skin is a beautiful russet, which reminds me of Finn, and I hold my breath when I find more of his features on her face, like thick eyebrows, blue eyes, and luscious lips. My lips part. "W-Who are you?" The fairy's smile widens, but she doesn't have to explain anything. I pick up on tiny footsteps, and suddenly two children are hugging her waist. One of them is older, the big sister of the house, and she is sucking on her finger while eyeing me with curiosity.

I started reading it on another app and when authored moved to this app I followed solely for this novel. The development of the characters and storyline keeps you engaged. I look forward to finishing the novel but will be sad when it’s finished.

The author has a very vivid imagination. I couldn't stop reading until the finish. I will say I might make a couple changes to the story if I could but overall one of the most original and enjoyable books I've read on the platform.

The Water Fairy's Affair

The Water Fairy's Affair

Pretending to be more of a princess than she is so that the council won't become suspicious. Luckily, Salila didn't go back home after my own council meeting. Roxanne may be getting a crash course on the fairy way from mom and dad, but she's learning how to pretend to be prim and proper remotely from Salila. There's so much that I want to tell Roxanne. About Brigid and the lies the princesses are taught to believe when growing up. How the female fairies used to be fighters, but the council used an unfortunate event to gain control. How she thinks she's only pregnant with one baby, but is going to give birth to four. The last one is Cerulean's responsibility to tell her, not mine!
