The Lost Pack

The Lost Pack

Yet she does, and it’s the most beautiful, terrifying thing I’ve ever seen. I watch her, catching a familiar gesture I’ve seen a hundred times before, one that never fails to undo me. She tilts her face toward the sunlight streaming through the window, her eyes closed, a faint smile softening her lips as the light spills over her skin. She looks peaceful like this, untouched by the chaos around her. But then I see it. The shimmer. It moves across her skin like a quiet pulse that seems to answer to the sunlight instead of simply reflecting it. It’s not just warmth she’s taking in; it’s as if she’s absorbing the light itself, threads of gold sinking into her skin like it belongs there.

Loving this book so far! Author, as many have stated in the chapter comments, 291 & 292 are repeat chapters from 283 & 284. Though I do believe they should be at 291/292 (makes more sense) and not 283/284.

this was the first story I read by this author. it was beautiful! I felt every emotion and got some crazy looks from my mate when I would start laughing or wiping my face because I shed some tears. it's definitely worth reading. I finished it in 2 days because I literally couldn't put it down

The Eclipse Secret Child

The Eclipse Secret Child

The Zenith City, once a blinding beacon of golden supremacy, was now a study in monochromatic elegance, the harsh, artificial glare of the Solar Spire had been tempered into a soft, pearlescent glow that mirrored the twilight of the Midnight Maw, for the first time in history, the shadows were not hiding in the alleys, they were walking the marble plazas alongside the Solar Alphas, the two energies beginning to hum in a tentative, vibrating peace.

The Beta's Blind Date

The Beta's Blind Date

She’ll be here, in Crescent Lake, as a full-fledged warrior, with my mark on her neck. Wesley and Nolan continue to make small talk with Dominic, Dawson, and Blake, but Taryn meanders away from them, moving towards me, her dark eyes searching mine. Up close, the gold charms and threads in her hair glitter, catching the light from the moon, the stars, and the candles and lanterns and mirroring it all back to the world. The effect is reminiscent of stars in a moonless sky, twinkling and winking in and out of existence as the braids and curls of her hair shift and slide with her movements.

This story was amazing. As a woman of color I appreciate the female woman of color. Yes I was drawn to it because of it but then the story line grabbed me and kept me. Thank you Allie good luck on your next books. GN lost a good writer and storyteller.
Jade Orchid
I have enjoyed this book more than the last. Allie just keeps getting to be a better storyteller with each book. The characters are enchanting and the storyline is captivating. Looking forward to more books of these characters.

The Stray Alpha

The Stray Alpha

Lucy felt like she could not get a word in edgewise while Sara gently swept the makeup brush full of glitter across her face. Sara wore a smokey midnight blue-colored theme of makeup on her face with white glitter sparkles adorning her eyes and cheeks. She explained to Lucy that wolf shifter parties were always wild, loud, and a blast. All shifters dressed for the occasion, the males wearing their best plaid shirts and cowboy boots while the females wore their best summer dresses and boldly applied their makeup. To match her makeup, Sara wore a midnight blue dress with a round neck and a laced scalloped design that stopped a few inches above her knees. She wore sparkling silver earrings that

Twilight in Your Eyes

Twilight in Your Eyes

Tara instinctively tried to dodge, but it was too late. A faintly sweet scent filled the air, and she inhaled several breaths before realizing. Wesley blocked the door, leaving her no choice but to retreat further into the room. Her voice was sharp with alarm. “What are you trying to do?” Wesley smirked, his laugh sinister. “What do you think?” With that, he sprayed her again several more times. Tara’s body started to feel hot, her heart racing. Her legs grew weak, and the flashing disco lights made her dizzy.

Tristan was standing at the front of the room, one hand on the remote, the other gesturing toward the screen as he clicked through slides. “The Monet shades will anchor the main trio,” he said, his tone crisp, focused. “Think soft sky blues, rose-mauves, lilacs. We’re aiming for airy, romantic, but not washed out. That balance between softness and saturation is the hardest part.” “Do we have pigment tests on those?” one of the assistants asked. “Still waiting on final texture samples,” Tristan replied. “But the lab's confident in the payoff. We’re blending satin and matte finishes, something more buildable than shimmer-heavy collections we’ve done in the past.”

Jaiyana laughed again, closing her eyes as she pressed her forehead against his, feeling the steady, powerful heartbeat beneath the fur. Shan sniffed at her necklace, the light within swirling faster, brighter, until it seemed to pulse in time with her heartbeat. He stepped back as the glow intensified, filling the small room with the golden brilliance of dawn breaking through a storm. The air hummed with energy, electric and alive, and Jaiyana’s hair floated slightly as if caught in a gentle wind. Sparks flickered from her fingertips, tiny arcs of radiance dancing across her skin before shooting out into the room like beams of pure sunlight. Her eyes glowed, bright and unwavering, reflectin

The Habitat of Shamans

Happy gently patted the back of her hand with her forepaw. "Wow, it is magnificent." Sunshine let go of Happy and appreciated the surroundings. The totem light as the glowing crystal in the middle of the huge black void , It illuminated as a Phoenix’s image but deep red without dazzling feeling. While she was fascinated by it, the totem began to shake; soon it broke into pieces in an instant; and then the pieces were flying throughout the void. There were fragments floating everywhere and changing from time to time, as the sky was full of stars dancing and twinkling.

The Triplet's Bullied Mate

The Triplet's Bullied Mate

The air still hummed with the quiet magic of our shared intimacy, the whispered vows of the previous night echoing in my mind. I stood at the very edge of the crystal-clear lake for one last moment before we loaded into the sleek black SUV, watching the afternoon sunlight scatter across the water’s surface like a thousand tiny, shimmering stars. My reflection shimmered back at me—softened somehow, imbued with a quiet serenity, like even the moonlight from the previous night still clung to me, a subtle luminescence, a constant, tender reminder of the promises they had whispered against my skin. Ours. Forever. Our Luna. Our mate. The mother of our child.

My Contract Marriage

The waves rolled and crashed before coming at them again, but not violently. Soft and serene, like the flow of music. The sun cast a golden orange glow in the distance as it disappeared along the horizon The sunset was beautiful, like fading music. Kayden held Crystal's icy hands, feeling bubbles in his chest. He gave her his jacket because she was cold, but she wanted to watch the sunset. The citric scent of her shampoo tickled his nose. When she placed her head on her shoulders, it smelled so lovely he barely stopped himself from taking a bite of her head.

This story started off great with the hostile attitudes, but 94 chapters in and three attempted murders with Kayden not caring or Crystal not reacting to the seriousness has me rethinking if I want to continue spending money on a story that is dragging along. Please give us more story not fluff.

It was an epic and emotional rollercoaster.Kayden made me angry a lot of times but I guess he is a good man and he deserved to keep her. The characters in this book are very good. I love how Paige is such a supportive friend. A must read!
