The black-hair wizard knew that if he acted pitifully, Balan would be emotional! "I know that you are just pretending to be pitiful, so never do this again." Balan was slightly higher than usual voice rang in his ear and gave Eden goosebumps. Did Balan have eyes in the back of his head? Balan Svartalf gave his younger brother piercing eyes as if to say I - will - take - care - of - you and then flicked a particularly chubby-looking butterfly fairy dangling from his earring. This fairy rolled a few times in the air and then fell with a thud, huddled in the Fairy Bush grass not far away.

It was a welcome relief not to have her arguing with him, and he settled himself in the seat opposite her after instructing the pilot of their destination and their need to hurry. Angel’s silence didn’t last very long and almost as soon as they were up in the air, she seemed to revert right back to her old self. “You know we can’t just walk right into Italy, right? Not since supernaturals came out of the closet.” Layon couldn’t help but laugh at that. “You remember who I am, right?” he responded and watched her face drop with distaste at his need to be so bigheaded. “That doesn’t mean you can ignore the rules,”

“Go, Zoe!” I move back and run towards where he gestured. The vehicle is exactly where he said it was. As quickly as I can into the safety of the car and close the door. I look towards where Azazel is standing. It’s hard to see through the dark fog. But I can see his masculine figure. Just then, the shadow lunges for him. He ducks down and stabs at it. My breath hitches, and my mouth gapes open when wings sprout from his back, and his eyes begin to glow. I blink my eyes, trying to clear my vision. But when I open them again and look towards where he is, I still see black leather wings and crimson eyes.

I reluctantly nodded, giving up then started walking on the alley towards the car only to be suddenly stopped in my tracks when I suddenly heard him ask, “Wait, where are you going?” I quickly spun around, staring at him, visibly confused as I replied unsure, “To the car?” He lightly chuckled, making me stare at him even more confused before he finally said, “Yeah...um, actually, we are not going to take the cars. We’re going to use the faster, easier way.” Just as he'd finished that sentence, he quickly shrugged his dress coat off of his shoulders, large ebony wings slowly sprouting from behind his back, making me stare at them in awe for a moment as this was the first time I was actually s

he said through clenched teeth. Then the pain exploded. Damien let out a cry, gripping the edge of the bed as his back arched violently. "Damien!" Seraphine rushed toward him. His scream tore through the quiet house. A loud cracking sound echoed through the room. Seraphine froze. Something was moving beneath Damien's skin. His shoulders jerked, his muscles tightening as if something inside him was forcing its way out. Another crack. Then suddenly, two massive wings burst from his back. Dark, powerful, and enormous.

When the doctor walked out of the room and passed the glass windows on the hallway, only then was Jay able to see the red wings attached to the doctor's back that didn't show up physically. A celestial being with a pair of red wings. As far as Jay could remember, only two types of wings colors he had ever seen in the Kingdom. White wings symbolized an Angel in its purest form, while black wings symbolize an Angel fallen from their grace. Jay had never seen any celestial beings with red wings before. More importantly, why a celestial being showed interest in a mortal man? Jay let the time flow once again. He looked outside the window, thinking about the doctor and why he was interested in Lia

After some time when Pain was pulled down from his skin, two black wings appeared behind him. It was huge and majestic to look at. Gabriel bolt away like a light until he reached outside the place where he spread his wings in the sky. Gramson, Reth, and Jonathan moved their body, following his Grace who soared like a grandiose being after those witches. The three witches were horrified as soon as they turned back. They had no idea that this vampire had such huge wings. It was a big one for them to stand against. Concurrently, they were grateful for their quick thinking of leaving that place because without a big emphasis they would not be able to defeat this Vampire, instead, there was a fea

The sorcerers called it divine. Cassian sat at her bedside, eyes fixed on her stomach. “You’re going to meet him soon,” he said calmly. Cassie blinked. “Your brother?” Cassian nodded. “He doesn’t like the dark. He has wings of flame.” Bain entered then, dusted with ash from the lab. “Cassian… what did you just say?” “He’s coming,” the boy repeated. “And when he cries, the Hollow King will scream.” Cassie touched her stomach. A warm glow pulsed from within — not violent, but commanding. Protective.

Seeing the Weapon Deck in Kaspian’s hands, his expression grew solemn and he took a step back. With a sharp whistle three pairs of wings that were as charred as charcoal, appeared behind him, reinforcing his status as Lucifer’s herald. Once those wings appeared, his aura grew more dense and his confidence returned to him. Without the prior hesitation he had shown, he grasped at the air, summoning his blade. And then he swung it! *Bang*

Lilith froze, her hand closing around the stem of a lily as a figure materialized from the light itself. He was immense, a being of sculpted light and terrifying beauty. Seven magnificent wings the color of fresh-fallen snow unfolded from his back, each feather tipped with a faint, golden radiance. He wore armor of polished platinum that seemed fused to his torso, and his eyes held the chilling, ancient fire of a star. This was Cassiel, Archangel of the Eastern Gate, and his gaze was fixed on her. “Mortal,” his voice was not loud, but it vibrated in her bones, a resonant chord of divine power. “You trespass where your kind is forbidden.”
