“I can’t believe Jari actually fucking believed you, Irwin,” Omari snarled, dragging me toward the door I had only just escaped from. “He shouldn’t be so goddamn trusting in his mate. You should have been put down.” Feeling Omari’s trespassing hands on my arm taking me back to the one place I never wanted to be again, I started to panic. More than that, the werewolf genes inside of me started to stir, to fight against the external force.

The young man looked back and said to the man, "Wait a minute. I'll pack up soon." "Let me help you," the person said with a smile and waved his hand gently. The next second, the messy things were put away in place. The young man was shocked. He blinked and said, "Are you a supernatural being?" The man smiled and shook his head. "I'm not a supernatural being. I know some tricks." "How could it be a trick? If I have your ability, who dares to make trouble for me?" The young man's face was full of envy.

Adam stares down further with an arched brow like some kind of villain without any morality. “Is this some kind of challenge, hmmm?” His voice drops to a deeper chilling range and when his hand left the wall and took her chin in between his fingers and shiver runs down her spine. It was threatening and downright menacing. “If it is then trust me witch, I take my challenge very seriously. Usually, I don’t wish people good luck when I intend on breaking them but in your case, you will need lots of it.” Hearing this she shudders internally, passes him a provocative smile.

His legs turned to jelly, and he fell onto the ground. At that moment, he could not believe his eyes at all. He was utterly shocked. Trevor was actually also a Super Sanctuary level cultivator, and even stronger than him. He mastered such a terrifying spell like the Dimensional Arrow. The girl murmured with a shiver. “No. He was my partner. The thing killed him. I think it might be gone, though.” “Are you human?” She asked breathily. “I’m not. We’re state trackers. Humans are hunters. Trackers are supernaturals who are trying to help control the bad supernaturals.” He explained. Humans rarely learned about things that didn’t affect them, like the difference between hunters and trackers. He didn’t mind. Explaining things was actually relaxing him. Though he was still on guard, he wasn’t jumpy anymore.
