Kassandra's POV: First off let me tell you how I got to be an omega in my pack. It was one tragic night when I was 14 and I was at home with my parents, the alpha and luna of the Red river pack in texas. I had just got home from school and went to take a nap when I heard a noise from the living room. I went down to check it out and saw that three rogues had found their way into our house. Next thing I know my father was dead and my mother told me to run and that's what i did.

The door to the bathroom suddenly burst open, and Casper and I stared at each other. I realized it wasn't Casper standing there, but his wolf, Ray. His eyes were clouded with desire and desire, and he seemed almost feral in his predatory gaze. I could sense the lust and possessiveness radiating from him, and I felt a stirring of arousal within me. Hyna fought for control, struggling to meet her mate. Onyx throws a furtive glance at the small army approaching the house he’s just left, nearly growling in frustration when he realizes that his allies are seriously outnumbered. He can only hope that both his queen and the other companions will manage to win. He trusts Thea and Lia to keep his mate safe, so he concentrates on finding the witch.

Taking slow steps while enjoying every single drop of rain that was drenching Daisy’s head to toe, Daisy crossed the empty road and headed towards the small lawn exactly at the opposite of their car. A huge and quite old banyan tree was standing along owning a huge part of the lawn. There was nothing except that tree. Facing the sky Daisy closed her both eyes and opened her both hands. It was raining cats and dogs. Nicolas shouted scrolling down the window of the front seat, “Daisy, it is raining heavily. Have you gone crazy?”

Orion met his gaze squarely. “Now I see why you look ready to tear someone apart.” Storm shoved out of his chair and he surged to his feet. “Who the fuck is he?”

He runs to find Hunter to come up with a plan. We spot Hunter's wolf fighting two other wolves. Onyx doesn't hesitate and jumps on top of the wolf just before it launches Hunter from behind and instantly sinks his teeth into the wolf's neck before ripping out his throat. Onyx turns around to see Hunter still fighting the other wolf and just when he runs up to help a loud alarm pounds through the air. It hurts my ears and all the wolves stop fighting. Onyx tries to cover his ears when all Jack's men run off. That can't be good.

I said, squirming slightly. But he didn’t. He didn’t say a word. He just stared at me with those glowing, furious eyes. I looked into them and… something shifted.
