Tanya’s lips curled. She looked pretty satisfied with herself. “Does it matter?” she sneered. “You’re evil and wicked,” I gasped, as anger and disbelief rushed through me. All that running around, the stupid errand. So it was all her?! “What exactly is your plan, Tanya?” I shouted at her. “Ivan is your brother, so what exactly are you even trying to accomplish? Why are you having these kinds of disgusting feelings for him?”

Just absolute certainty that if Tanya lays one finger on June, there will not be enough left of this place for anyone to bury. “Because this,” Tanya continues softly while looking directly into my eyes, “is the last time she will ever see him.” “She’ll watch you choose me,” Tanya continues, her eyes glittering. “Then I’ll finally get rid of her.” Her voice trembles with excitement now. “No more June. I state, feeling her rage burn. She turns at me, with burning flames in her eyes. I loved every bit of her crazy self but I didn't trust her with my love. I remember the time she found out that I was dating her friend, another vampire like us.
