Despite her genuine offer, I declined and ordered my favourite pizza. The waiter looked at me strangely before he went, but he did not object to my request. I was given pizza and coke for stepping in heels for a whole week. Iris spent hours on my make-up, even, I was wearing this uncomfortable shit dress that barely covered my breasts. He slipped the headset on, ran a hand over the controls, and the blades started to spin. She glanced at him. A small vein was visible on his forearm as he moved the joystick. They lifted off with a smooth jerk, the city of Florence falling away beneath them. The skyline stretched out, ancient rooftops, cathedrals, and winding streets all blurred beneath the dark glass. Tiffany leaned forward, lips slightly parted, watching it all like a painting come alive. Kai glanced sideways. "You good, sweetheart?" Her laugh was low, dark. "Maybe. Yeah... you look good," her voice dropped low. "So good."

The sun rose slowly over the horizon, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink. A new day, a new battle ahead. As I stood on the balcony of the Salvatore estate, the crisp morning air filled my lungs, but the taste of dread lingered in my throat. Today, everything would change.

On our last day in Calor Del Cielo, Lyzza invited me to stroll around town, asking me about good places to buy stuff and souvenirs. Our flight was at 5 pm that night, so I agreed to make the most of our trip. I took her to Famoso Mercado—the most popular local market where they sell native food delicacies, unique souvenirs, and memorabilia. To my surprise, I hadn't been informed that Cedrick Miguel would be joining us when I saw him waiting for us in the hotel lobby. Feeling betrayed, I gave Lyzza an angry, accusing look.

Sky pointed at the mountains that lined around the lake. "They are so majestic! The snow up there looks like super sweet sugar sprinkles." Sky cupped her cheeks, closed her eyes for a moment while tilting her head. "And look at how the sky reflected on the surface of the lake! It's like a super wide mirror. I feel like I can walk on it. Oh, Mama? Is that a cloud?"

After ordering and the pre-order went, Casya replied to Sky. “Take a bar. It’s a beautiful place, don’t have a problem! I believe I will be gorgeous…” Casya hanging her words made Sky raise her successful side of her eyebrows, always shook Casya upset, “...do you want me the same?” In one breath, the word just came out. “Ukhuk!” Sky was stunned surprised. She knew Casia liked him. Giving signals or codes but not being clear because it was like throwing a bomb in front of him. Even though he knew, he was surprised to hear his statement directly.

Wind tugged at Aurora’s hair as they stepped out into the open. Skyler dropped the blanket in the center of the roof and sat cross-legged, pulling the bottle to her lips before offering it over. Aurora took a sip, wincing. “This is horrible.” “I know,” Skyler grinned. “It’s the best kind.” They sat in silence for a while, watching the skyline shimmer. A plane blinked across the sky, too far away to hear. Aurora pulled her knees to her chest and rested her chin on them. “It’s like the city never stops breathing,” she murmured.

Azxel whimpered at the loss of contact. Sky smiled up at him, his eyes dark with desire. "Not yet," he said with a deeply rough voice. "I want to savor you." Savouring in Sky's dictionary meant, he wants to make sure he plays it sweeter to the end. He wants it slow and delicious. But if course for Azxel, Sky was just a sweet talker. Azxel bit his lip, trying to hold back a moan. Sky reached out and pulled Azxel's shirt off in one swift motion.

Sky ordered the waiter to inform Iris and Emily to come to his room . The waiter went and within two minutes they were in Sky's room . " Why did you call us ? " said Emily who had wore a facial beauty mask . Iris had her headphones on . " Have you forgotten how old you are , idiot ?! It's a shame to see that beauty mask on your skin ! Plus we're vampires and don't need that stuff ! " said Sky with an indifferent look . " What the ... you better not comment my skin and you're the idiot ! Should I remind you that you're two hundred years older then I am ! " said Emily angry.
