Half of them are wearing black suits and the other half are wearing white attires. "Close your eyes," Death instructed. Emily closed her eyes. She felt a warm breeze of air around her. She heard a loud whooshing sound, followed by the sound of ominous ringing bells. "The cemetery bells, they call upon us now," Death whispered. The two of them are transported into a realm, outside the mortal bounds, where people and other beings are immortal, where ending doesn't exist. That place looks peaceful. It is just a white horizon that is filled with spiritual. Everyone wears white clothes except for the reapers of the souls.

They returned to the estate at dusk, their earlier frustrations now a distant memory. They chatted excitedly about the places they would explore in Linfield: The original churches of the two religions in Eldoria, the museums of art, and the famed Big Bell Tower. Nathaniel reached for the entrance door’s handle, only to have it open. A familiar figure emerged—a lunari woman dressed in soft pink and a chessboard in her delicate arm. Her green eyes lit up at the sight of Nathaniel, and she tucked a loose strand of silver hair behind her ear with a shy smile.

Bell. " I'm the reason Dagon is hurting all this people and I'm the only one who can stop him. “ “ I want to help you stop him. " “ No." “ You'll die if you face him alone." “ I know. There's something I want to tell you." “ What is it?" “ I'm more dangerous than I look." “ Dangerous?" “ I'm the one they call the dreaded prince." He said and Bellamy chuckled. “ You're not dangerous. You were merciless for the right thing. You saved a lot of people more than you can ever imagine. You saved me. “ She smiled.

If I thought mom yelling at me to clean my room was terrifying a lecture from this woman about not moisturizing my hair enough and having to deal with her pulling my hair and being singed with a straightener was ten times worse. That was the hard part and I was glad it was over. She already knew what I was going to wear. Something I would never have picked on my own much less Lilly. Beatrice picked out a blood red dress that tumbled to the floor made of silk. The slit exposed almost my entire thigh. Nora came back beaming with clear slap heels in her hands. I looked in the mirror and felt I could take down a hundred men with a flip of my newly straightened and curled hair.

"You can't do that. You can't fight the universe's balance. If you keep an entity from dying, expect consequences. Someone's death means life for others." I toured Doom inside the library. I showed him how letters entered the sorting station. A massive cylindrical glass panel from the ceiling allows the entrance of the letters. Someone knocked on the door and Fritz spat there with my lunch. I noticed that it was more than usual. I frowned because of that. "Why is there so much food?" I asked Fritz.

And with a flick of her finger, a ringing sound was heard before a small but shiny silver bell appeared on her hand. "That, right there is the silver bell for transportation. On this planet, we have different kinds of bells. One is the silver bell for transportation. The second is a golden bell for celebration, and the third is a crystal bell that can only be used by the Queen. And last but not least a red bell for warning," Dania whispers to me as we keenly watch Airel ringing the silver bell four times before it instantly disappears in her hands. I wonder what kind of danger they faced to have a red bell for warnings?

My words were swallowed by the sound of the door clicking shut behind Kael. Just then, my phone rang. It was my best friend, Elowen, "Iris, the full moon is in three days. I'll come to bring you back to the Underworld." "Okay, I'll be ready on time." I replied. In just three days, I could leave Kael forever, severing all ties with him once and for all. The next morning, Luna didn't show up for my daily massage at the usual time. When I wheeled myself into the living room, she was lounging on the sofa like the lady of the mansion, a plate of fresh fruit resting in front of her.

I am already curious about the third floor, the red phone and why some doors must remain closed. I quickly turn to the next page to see if there is an explanation, but I don't see it. I see something else instead. ✦ NOTES ON THE SUMMONING SYSTEM ✦ The Bell is forged from melted bullets, hanging in the main hall. It is only rung by the Head, the Consigliere, or the First Son.
