I ordered. Asher laid the diary flat on the kitchen table and opened it to the first page after the Table of Contents. We all, even Lucas, leaned forward to read Entry #1. It was dated a day before her eighteenth birthday. This is wrong. This is so wrong. I shouldn’t be thinking these dirty things about my best friends, but I can’t stop. Every time I see their faces, I can’t help but imagine them inside me, pinning and restraining me, using toys on me until I come over and over, fucking me out in public behind The Cane Diner dumpster during the daytime.

I heard the car engine start before i hang up the phone. Taking another deep breath, i leaned back on the bench after picking my Diary up. Flicking the lock open, i stared at my neath handwriting and at the top right corner of the first page, it bare the date of the day i started writing on my last Diary. Senior year of highschool...

Sighing deeply, the young woman reached for the diary and opened to the first page, her fingers running across the brown colored paper absentmindedly. She reached out for the blue pen on the dresser, her body slightly quivering in anticipation as she silently contemplated shutting the diary like she usually did, only this time she didn’t want to do that. Only this time, she actually had a story to tell. Sighing deeply again, Natalie uncapped the pen, and for the first time ever, she wrote in the diary; Dear Diary, I met someone today.

Dear Diary, From the very first day I became a vampire, I hated my life and I always thought that God was punishing me for still choosing to work in the tavern even though he did not like it. I stayed in that empty cave alone with nowhere to go after leaving the town. During those lonely days it felt as if death would have been a better option, because there was nothing happy or interesting about life anymore. Until my sister, Dana found me. I call her my sister because from the very first day I met her, that is all she has been to me. She gave me a home with a nice big room, she gave me comfort, she gave me love, and she took me on so many wonderful adventures. It was on one of our adventur

I say while she flips her hair, dramatically, and walks out of the class with Chaos and Fire following at her heels. I sigh now, bringing out a journal from my bag and open it. It was my diary, you know, months before I relapsed and had to be locked up in an institution, for the safety of the animals in this school and good people outside it. Inside was me sounding like some perfectly happy female, talking about how Dana got a C in a test and I was sure she had given our geography teacher a kiss, as he had always asked to pass and about how Tyler was the best thing after Pops, because he had given me a new bracelet as usual, for our six month anniversary.

Everything that she hadn't told me or she couldn't have the chance to show. I sat on the bed beside her and opened it. I wasn't ready actually for what I saw. The first page had her name, written in a toddler's handwriting with crayons. Undoubtedly, she wrote it. The diary itself looked so old. The first few pages were filled with her childish demands like "Why do we need to study?" "I hate school" "The math teacher is a witch" "The principal is also a witch. She scolded me because I broke that stupid girl's nose. She was bullying me. I want to break her legs too"

◆◆◆ Chapter 2 ◆◆◆ I spent the entire weekend hiding in my apartment, ignoring texts from classmates who suddenly found me fascinating for all the wrong reasons. The humiliation replayed on loop as my own words, my deepest, most depraved fantasies, were read aloud in front of everyone while Darian Rho watched with those unreadable dark eyes that seemed to strip me bare without ever touching me. Monday morning, I discovered my diary was missing. Tuesday afternoon, the first text arrived from an unknown number: “Page 23. The elevator fantasy. Creative use of the emergency stop button.”

When I turn eighteen and leave the orphanage, I can give them all to him at once. I hide the notebook in a crack between the cabinets and use a plastic ruler to retrieve it. I just got it out, but before I can hide it, Leya comes into the room. She's a normal girl and her butt isn't fat anymore; she's lost weight since we were ten. The couple next entries weren't particularly centred on this mystery man but I could make out that whoever this diary belonged to was young and certainly a teenager. There was a lot of relatable frustration about school, boys and drama at home. Her life must have been interesting given the scenarios she wrote about and her reactions to them. She must have been a good girl with dirty secrets and a side of her she kept to herself. I couldn't judge her from a few entries, but that was my perspective of her from what I understood. An entry approximately a fortnight later threw me back into paying attention. I saw him again after days of missing him and searching for him. In my freaking house!!!
