Caution to the wind
My breathing came in steady bursts, but sweat had already begun to form on my brow, my legs screaming, still recovering from the fourteen laps I ran almost three minutes ago.
"Engage your glutes", Herrington guided. I adjusted, pressing my hips down so that the effort was carried by my legs instead of my hips. I huffed out, lifting a hand briefly to wipe the sweat off my forehead. "Don't hunch - Keep your chest up", he guided me again. I hadn't even realised that I'd begun to hunch forward. I adjusted yet again, straightening my spine and keeping my chest up.
