Amara's POV---- Adrian chose a restaurant that suited my taste. The ambience was calm and aesthetically pleasing. It was hidden on the top floor of a tower overlooking the entire city. The lightening was dim with a touch of golden lights to give it a glow. The restaurant was a place only the rich and mighty came to dine it. Each table had champagne glasses with a bottle of champagne on it. The waiters were all dressed in jet black suits. The menu was so exquisite, and it had any type of dish you could think of.

"Welcome to Mavy's Restaurant—oh my! It's our distinguished guests!" The restaurant staff exclaimed in shock as soon as she saw Minerva and Zinnia standing in front of her. Because they both wore robes and the restaurant staff were taller than them, she didn't notice their features until they looked at her. At first, she assumed they were just some henchmen sent by some powerful family to investigate the rumored Legendary Vicious Beast. But who would've thought that it was the soon-to-be Saint Archmages? Furthermore, they were their frequent guests!

Richard greeted me and gestured to an empty seat next to Roman. “It was interesting, to say the least.” I gave him a polite smile and eyed the array of food on the table. Tantalizing aroma of grilled meat and roasted vegetables wafted into my nose, causing my stomach to grumble. My small display of magic earlier must have made me hungry. "I'm sorry our discussion took so long that we missed lunch." Richard apologised as I took my seat. I glanced across the table and I could see Arch taking a seat furthest from mine, his face guarded and wary. My eyes darted to Chucky, trying to discern if he's planning another attack on Arch. To my surprise, the wolf appeared placid and unconcerned.

After Archer and Aria returned home, while Aria was showering, Archer received a call from home—it was Grace calling. "Archer, come to Grandview tomorrow," Grace said. "Tomorrow?" Archer remained calm. "Yes, I was playing cards today and heard that Grandview recently hired a three-Michelin-star chef who's developed many new dishes. You haven't been home in a while, so let's get together tomorrow and try the new cuisine at Grandview ." Grace held the phone, nervously waiting for Archer's response. This son of hers was too sharp—she was afraid he'd detect something amiss.

Calhoun stopped him from falling and the diner owner smiled sheepishly, “Me ate a lot yesterday. Sorry…” Calhoun patted his shoulder and answered, “No worries. Get us whatever people drink here in the morning along with something fresh to eat. I want to have something hot.” Rugor didn't like the fact that a mage was in his diner but then he was a customer who was with the archon so he couldn't argue. “Yes…yes mage.” He answered and immediately ran into the kitchen as Calhoun walked inside the diner to find Valencia seated on a small table.

“I shall be gone, then. Tell Anselm that we shall meet him in Father’s chambers shortly.” ARCHER heard the loud giggling of his sister Agatha as he knocked on the oak door of her chambers. “Agatha? Madeleine? It is I, Archer. I need to speak with the both of you.” The heavy door opened, revealing a grinning Princess Agatha. She was a lively, fierce one: always high-spirited, but at the moment, she took one look at his grim expression, and her grin dropped. She stood up straighter, her usually mischievous eyes somber.

It seems a little more significant now that I know what it means and I appreciate the gesture as more than just typical politeness. I place my hand on his arm and let him lead me inside. It is for Magics only (his rule), but despite the racism which really can't be avoided in a city like this, it's not a bad place for a reasonably priced meal.
