My wolf turned around so fast I almost got whiplash. After a brief moment of rustling clothes and then cracking bones, I turned to see a black wolf with fiery red eyes. When he said he was a warrior wolf, I did not understand that he meant just that. As I stared at the wolf with pitch-black fur and not a drop of colour mixed in, I knew he had not exaggerated.
