Wolfe Ranch
Wolves were quiet creatures, which was nice at times.
I took a deep breath and watched rider after rider go before me. Soon it was down to the last five and I was one of them. I looked up at the scoreboard and saw that there were some really good scores that were going to be hard to beat but not completely impossible.
When my bull, Armor, was loaded up into the chute, I sighed in frustration when I saw him. This was going to be tough. He was a dark gray Brahma bull with three-inch horns. Brahma’s were mean bulls and if my head hit the hump on his back, even with a helmet on, it would knock my ass out. I needed to be smart with this ride. My movements needed to be perfect out there.
