Whispers Of Ember Hallow: The Luna's Awakening

Whispers Of Ember Hallow: The Luna's Awakening

he asked, his voice gruff. "It seems we're in some kind of cottage," I replied, once again taking in the room. The cottage room is small and cozy, with wooden beams crisscrossing the ceiling. A stone fireplace crackles softly in the corner, casting a warm glow over the worn armchair and rustic oak table. The faint scent of pine and earth lingers in the air, while a simple woven rug covers the floor. A window framed by lace curtains lets in the soft, golden light of the late afternoon, revealing a glimpse of the lush green garden outside.

The Princess in the Shadows

The Princess in the Shadows

Instead of answering, she let the conversation slip into silence. They crested a gentle hill, tall stalks swaying in the evening breeze. Nestled at the base of a sloping meadow, a cozy cottage sat among a cluster of sturdy oaks, its warm glow spilling onto the worn path leading to its door. The scent of woodsmoke and roasting meat drifted through the air, mingling with the faint sound of a fiddle playing a lazy tune. It wasn’t grand, nor did it bear any sign of official purpose, but something about it promised shelter.

ALPHA CALEB AND HIS VEILED LUNA

ALPHA CALEB AND HIS VEILED LUNA

She led me through the business of the market of the crescent pack and soon, we stopped in front of a nice well-built cottage, at least, it was an upgrade from the one we had just left back in the middle of nowhere. “Come on in,” she ordered and I did just that. Entering the cottage, I really was right, it was an upgrade from the one I had just left, I looked around in awe, there was a heater for winter, the water ran in the house and more importantly, our toilet wasn't an outhouse outside the cottage, it was right in the said cottage so even at night one could use the restroom without fear of meeting the unknown in the dark, th

Love Prevails

Love Prevails

The cottage was tucked away near the hills of Alderley Edge, a stone-walled retreat surrounded by blooming wisteria and lazy spring sunlight. Standing at the wooden gate with their duffel bags slung over their shoulders and fingers intertwined, they walked up to the cottage. Standing in the doorway, silent for a moment, just watching the afternoon light spill into the rustic interior, wooden beams, soft cream linens, the gentle crackle of a fire already lit. Jullian dropped his bag with a sigh. “This might be the best thing ever.”

Alpha Leon's Regret

Alpha Leon's Regret

The Seer had already shown us that this place was protected by old magic but Jack did not trust magic he could not understand. Neither did I. But still, I followed her. I needed my memories back. After a few minutes, the garden opened into another small clearing. At the far end stood an old cottage. It looked like it had been there for hundreds of years. The walls were made of dark stone covered in patches of green moss. The wooden roof was old but it was still strong. Thick vines climbed over one side of the cottage and small white flowers grew between the stones. A narrow chimney rose from the roof with a thin line of smoke drifting into the night air.

Where Ashes and Oaths Collide

Where Ashes and Oaths Collide

There was no trace of Santo Order or guards, but there was also not trace of animal life. They approach the ruins of a secluded forest cottage that was destroyed by fire many years ago, now standing as a quiet, overgrown ruin deep within a dense woodland. The cottage sits on a sloping, rocky hillside, surrounded by enormous, mature trees. The forest is dense enough that the ruined structure feels almost hidden from the outside world. Tall trunks rise on either side of the cottage, their rough bark darkened by moisture and shadow, while thick branches and layers of leaves form a heavy canopy overhead. What remains of

NAUGHTY DESIRES: A COLLECTION OF DARK EROTICA

NAUGHTY DESIRES: A COLLECTION OF DARK EROTICA

With me. The cottage sat at the edge of a forest, nestled between two hills, with a stream running past the front door. It was small but sturdy, built with his own hands, every beam and nail a testament to his love. A garden grew in the back… roses and lavender, herbs and vegetables. A fire hearth crackled in the main room, casting warm light across the furs and woven blankets. And every night, he laid me down on those furs and reminded me why I had given up everything to be with him.

The Alpha’s Ex-Mate

The Alpha’s Ex-Mate

Irina's POV Finally, we came across a big cottage. It wasn't what I had expected. After the cliff, the fog, the illusions, I had imagined something grand like a towering fortress, maybe, or a hidden cave deep in the mountains. But this was just a cottage. Large, yes, with a thatched roof and smoke curling from the chimney, but still just a cottage. It sat in the middle of the flower field, surrounded by blooming bushes and tall trees, looking almost... ordinary.

THE HOMELESS BILLIONAIRE

THE HOMELESS BILLIONAIRE

We got down and took a taxi that knows the address of the cottage. Finally, we arrived at the cottage, standing several feet away from it. It was a beautiful cottage, situated in Jadelza, a small peaceful town in Texas. It had beautiful gardens surrounding it, bringing out its beauty and color in the most glittering way possible. From the overgrown flowers and the cobwebs, I see scattered at the exterior of the beautiful cottage, it's obvious that someone has not been here in a long time. With a little care, it will be dream home. The thought filled me with happiness and a sense of peace.

Wow… I loved the Alpha King’s Hated Slave and then decided to give this one a try… what a wonderful read. I love how all the characters grew through their suffering. This book shows so beautifully how true family is sometimes the ones we chose for ourselves and not the ones we were born into.

DELICIA - DELIGHT -

DELICIA - DELIGHT -

, he answered. In another five minutes the weary horses had turned in through a gateway, and were going at a jog-trot up the rough cart-track that led between rank fields to a fair-sized cottage, nestling in a hollow of the ground. It was surrounded by a fenced garden, and a huddle of outhouses. A few hens were to be seen, and a gig was rootling amongst some cabbages at the back of the cottage. Elizabeth, leaning toward to see more plainly, turned with an expression of surprise on her face. "But this is nothing but a villager's cottage!" she exclaimed. "Is Parte kept here?" He opened the door and sprang out, letting down the steps for her. She could scarcely w
