I Left The Snake King

I Left The Snake King

The wedding would not be open to the public. The reason was simple. His bride was shy and did not want to meet too many strangers. Even the beast kings who were close to him must take human forms and hide their beast aura. They were not allowed to frighten his bride. All the beastfolk wanted to see what the Dragon King’s wife looked like. But on the wedding day, when they finally saw her, they were shocked. She was the very queen the Snake King had been desperately searching for. I had no idea what they were thinking behind those looks. I only knew their stares made me uneasy. I tugged at Auron’s sleeve and asked, “Why are your relatives acting so strange? Did they realize I’m not human?”

The Golden Dragon's Princess

The Golden Dragon's Princess

“We could do this together, Liera.” I sighed. “Oh, Leongrad. If there was anyone else I would do it with, it would be you.” He dropped his hand and swallowed, a muscle in his jaw working. “But you love this dragon.” “Yes.” “Why the subterfuge?” he was puzzled. “A dragon as king… It is a first, certainly. But with a dragon king, our neighbours would think twice about taking advantage of our distraction, and our troops would rally...” “He has always been upfront with me that he seeks a brethren wife to make a home and family with,” I replied heavily. “I am not what he wants or needs.”

Leave it to Everleigh to make a person long for their own broody, sexy dragon. Seriously though, I couldn't put this book down. The world this author has created is so vibrant and fun it makes you want to dive in to the pages.
Sarah.
I really loved the book, I wish there were more like it on this app. The characters are charming and the story is beautifully written, the premise makes me want to continue reading the other books. I hope there will be lots more like this one and maybe even longer

Fated Between The Dragon and Alpha

Fated Between The Dragon and Alpha

"Ah, it's unpredictable! The dragon king has never invited any of us to a party. Even if he did invite us, it would only be for business." "I heard that the dragon has already chosen his bride. I wonder what his bride looks like. Do you think the dragon's bride will also die?" "Hey, don't talk out loud. What if someone hears you?! Do you want to die in someone else's palace?" "Sorry... I just feel very curious. You all know how those rumors keep circulating, right? Moreover, the dragon's bride is also from among the werewolves." "The dragons have always chosen their brides from among the werewolves. It has been since centuries. Although I don't know why they chose werewolves among others."

The Dragon's Fragile Bride: His to Possess

The Dragon's Fragile Bride: His to Possess

His broad thumb pressed directly against the center of my chest—right over the dark dragon birthmark resting beneath my skin. The moment his burning skin made contact with the mark, a jolt of silver-hot electricity snapped between us. I gasped softly, my hands instinctively reaching up through the heavy cloak to grasp his thick wrists. Beneath my linen dress, the dragon mark flared with a blinding silver light that glowed right through the fabric. The dull, chronic ache that had plagued my lungs since childhood vanished instantly, replaced by a hypnotic, thrumming warmth that flooded my veins like liquid sunlight.

HEARTBREAKER

HEARTBREAKER

"A devoted husband. A loving father. I couldn’t ask for a better partner for Aurora." I knock back the last of my drink, that quiet sense of peace settling over us both. Maybe, in this moment, we are simply two men who understand each other. Two kings, inferior only to the queen who leaves us both in constant awe. The End. They will be about short story soon

The Dragon's Silent Shadow

The Dragon's Silent Shadow

The end of the world smelled of sulfur and crushed violets. Princess Saoirse, the last true blood of the Dragon Kings, stood before the cracked vanity mirror in the servant’s quarters. Her hands trembled violently as she destroyed her birthright. The paste—a foul mixture of river mud, crushed walnut shells, and soot—felt cold and slimy against her scalp. Outside, the sky was bleeding. The Dragon Kingdom of Aethelgard, a realm of glass spires and singing winds, was dying. It wasn't dying quietly. It was screaming under the iron treads of the Empire’s war machines.

The Lycan King's Bride

The Lycan King's Bride

Martin scoffed with a smile, "Husband? Last time I checked, you didn't have a ceremony-" Laylin sneered, getting in his face, "I had, in Ehan, with the seal of the King's agreement. I was his bride the moment I stepped in the carriage headed to Rakhbar!" The man's brows climbed up. It was what the law was, though it wasn't how weddings worked but he had nothing to refute it with. With trembling lips, the Princess went on, "...And he was my husband the moment he snatched off my veil." For a while, only silence reigned. Martin had come across several court ladies of different temperaments with the three monarchs he had served and such antics never ended well for them. Powerful men liked pretty

Wow! just finished reading it and i love Laylin's character!! ...She's a literal girlboss with etiquettes. Her resilience is practical and she's dare devil, haha. How she goes from being a puppet to the real mind behind her tyrant husband is so satisfying!!

The Biker King's Bride

The Biker King's Bride

“Don't tell me you're chickening out?” I parted my lips to speak, but I'd barely gotten any more words out before she turned to the crowd again. “Our king's bride doesn't want to drink.” She let out in faux sadness, and I watched everyone's attention snap towards her immediately. “That's a little sad don't you think?” “How do we know she's one of us then?” A gruff biker from behind hissed. “we need to be sure she's in our side. So drink up, princess.”
