She was going to get killed in her sleep! Her hand trembled as she pushed the curtain aside and peeked out. The room they had given her had a view of the front of the house where they had driven up, and she could just about make out the gates in the distance. There wasn’t even a hint of dawn in the sky, but the moonlight through the trees cast eerie shadows that gave her a horror movie vibe. No wolf eyes like before, though. If she hadn’t heard that terrifying growl in that infirmary, she would have believed she had just imagined those eyes. They had looked all wrong, for starters. Wolves didn’t have glowing blue eyes. Not in these parts, anyway.

Maybe she will end up in the second category after all-the one where the main character in a horror movie ends up dead right in the enemy's lair. Mum, Dad! I am so sorry!!!!! She shut her eyes closed tightly, bracing for whatever is to happen. She gasped when the chilliness of the blade came in contact with the skin of her neck, causing her to shudder. She snapped her eyes open in fright and alarm, her pleading screams muffled by the seal on her mouth. Unshed glistening tears flowed from her eyes. Amber marvelled at her pitiable state with devilish relish glowing amber eyes.

" No, you're not. You're not the terrible person here. It wasn't your fault. It was nobody's fault." " You think so?" I smiled and pulled back a little. " I know so," I said. " Okay... Thanks a lot. You can let me go now." She whispered. I released her and went back a little. " Wow... If I knew it'll be this easy, I would have come back sooner... But I wasn't ready to see the pink monster with green eyes yet." " Who is this pink monster with green eyes?" I asked. " Oh... You don't want to see her. She'll scare the living daylight out of you as she did to me."

His body starts to crouch as black talons start to sprout from his hands and his eyes turn back into slits. Tears fill my eyes as I watch the monster he is come forth. My chest rises and falls rapidly now that I know this is how I am going to die. His monster is going to kill me now that the game for his prey had been ruined. He will no longer get to enjoy the hunt so it's better to get it over with now. As his warped form steps closer I close my eyes tightly as I wait for the finally blow. I know that my death is coming but that doesn't mean that I have to watch it. With my eyes closed I try to picture the beautiful scenery I saw on the way here.

He crouched, tapping my cheek with the flat of a cold dagger. "We've been watching you three days. That busted scooter blows past every domain wall. Don't push me—I'm not in the mood." Panic surged. My eyes burned. My only real secret? I'm not even an NPC. But saying that out loud? Instant autopsy. He caught the fear and snapped. From his coat, he pulled a squirming, eyeball-looking item. Pure nightmare fuel.

I feel my hands go stiff around the chalice, and I’m frozen, it feels like I’m floating and I hear gasps from around the room although I can’t move to see what’s happening. I’m not sure how long this lasts but it doesn’t feel like what Eliza said it would feel. I’m scared but I can’t speak to ask for help. I feel like I’m blinded and a bright yellow colour is shining in my eyes. I can hear Damon calling my name and I can feel his emotions which scares me more, he’s shocked, but also fearful and in awe of whatever he can see. Suddenly I snap out of it, I’m back in reality and everyone is just staring at me. As I scan the room even Eliza and Roman are just staring emotionless.
