I shook my head, my distrust of him growing by the second. "I'll stand, thank you," I replied curtly.
Deep down, I couldn't shake the feeling that Doctor Youn was hiding something, something dark and sinister. The thought of him betraying his patients to the enemy made my blood boil with anger.
"I know what you've been up to, Doctor," I said, my voice low and dangerous. "This is your cue to start talking."
Doctor Youn's eyes widened in fear, a bead of sweat trickling down his forehead. He opened his mouth to speak, but I silenced him with a sharp glare.
