Rejecting Fate

Rejecting Fate

Her eyes blaze a bright orange as I start to move across the field slowly, ready to strike her down. She starts waving her hands, and I watch as a small, orange ball, swirling with energy appears in her hands. Whatever she’s doing is draining her- her nose is beginning to bleed, and her skin is becoming pale. The ball transforms into pure fire. Nathan starts to back away. While Asher holds firm. She throws her head back and releases an ear splitting scream that brings Asher to his knees. I take this as my chance and sprint towards her with everything I have. The moment I tackle her to the ground, she thrusts her arms out, sending the ball of fire right at Asher, his eyes widening in shock. S

Mated To My Promised Alpha

Mated To My Promised Alpha

she whispers, her throat closing up as she begs one last time. I look at her deep blue eyes as she trembles some more, dropping the match to the floor as I grab hold of her shoulders, trapping her in place. My nose itches when I smell the scent of her wee permeates the air. “I won’t make this quick. I like hearing screams,” I whisper menacingly as the flames begin to engulf around us. The fire catches hold of both of us as her first shriek sounds. She tries to fight her way out but is unable to. The pain is already too much for her frail body to bear.

The Billionaire's Regret: Winning Back His Lost Love

The Billionaire's Regret: Winning Back His Lost Love

*** James The sound of my heartbeat hammered in my chest, each beat a violent, relentless thrum that threatened to deafen me as I pushed through the choking smoke. My eyes burned, but they were fixed—locked—on Katniss. There, in the center of the inferno, her body motionless, consumed by flames that seemed to have a mind of their own. The fire wasn’t just destroying the house; it was alive, vicious, almost as if it were taking revenge, as if it had been waiting for this moment. The orange and red tongues of flame reached hungrily, devouring everything they could touch, twisting and flicking in every direction, daring anyone to come close. But none of that mattered. All that mattered was her.

Hi my lovely readers. I accidentally uploaded the same chapter as yesterday's. I've informed my editor and asked for their help to approve the new chapter, which I edited immediately. I apologize for the mistake. I hope you'll continue to stay loyal to my book. Thank you so much! ...️...️...️

The ML comes across as completely dumb. I have never liked a stupid ML. Absolutely everyone can fool him. How on earth is he going to save his love and daughter with his pea sized brain? Dropping this. 5 stars so that the comment is shown on the top. Real star rating is 2.

Accidentally Kidnapping The Don

Accidentally Kidnapping The Don

So, let me ask again: Do you have it? The room goes silent. I doubt he will admit to taking whatever it is; I should really ask about that. "No, I told you. I haven't." Carl's words have Chase sighing. "Such a bad choice there, Carl. I look forward to our meeting." "Meeting? What meeting, Chase? I have no meeting planned." Carl's panicked voice proves he is worried. "You've heard of The Hunger Games. The film, the books and such?" Chase asks, and I hear Carl coughing.

loving both books. but in the second book, the chapter Her Weirdness and A Suprise are the same and there's a chapter missing. I'm guessing A Suprise is the chapter that's a duplicate and the proper chapter is the missing one as you miss what keeley tells her. can this be made right please

The Unclaimed Mate

The Unclaimed Mate

I let the fire speak to me in hisses and crackles as I ran. My heart leaped when I saw familiar figures rushing to my side. T and Celia had arrived from the academy, their powers flashing through the battlefield. T, ever the entertainer, was singing *This Girl is on Fire* as she hurled balls of flame at the enemy, her maniacal laughter ringing out as her fire burned through their ranks. Celia was quieter but no less deadly. She summoned a swarm of flies that coated the enemies’ eyes, blinding them and leaving them vulnerable to attack. For a moment, the battle seemed to pause. My people watched me, their eyes wide with awe and fear, including my father. Even Cameron stood still in his wolf f

Burning Desire

Burning Desire

His hands trembled as he tried but couldn't put it out, his heart pounding in his chest. "Nate, stay back!" Her voice was the last clear thing he heard before the fire roared to life. His mind raced through every possible escape, but all he could hear was the relentless crackling of the flames, closing in, wrapping around him like a living, breathing thing. The heat blistered his skin, the air too thick to breathe. He could barely see through the haze, barely think past the panic. She was inside, inside that fire. He had to save her. He tried. He called her name, over and over, his tiny voice raw with desperation.

Fated bonds: Her Cure, His Regret

Fated bonds: Her Cure, His Regret

The bag burst into flames, hitching my heart to my throat. I jerked back with a cry, tossing it away, but the fire leapt like a living beast. In an instant, it lashed on the wooden stall, then another, and then another. The chaos erupted as the screams tore through the market, the scent of burning fruits and charring wood thickening the air. The smoke clawed at my lungs, each breath burning like a hot coal. My eyes watered, but I refused to stop. My one arm shielded the trembling girl, and the other reached out to drag a woman clear off the collapsing stall as the flames devoured it.

The Luna's Groom

The Luna's Groom

I could hear the crackling and popping of the wood as it burned, a symphony of destruction. I'm calling for Eira, but I can feel her stir within me in pain. The fire was hurting her, too. I was a vessel for her magic, and as I was consumed by the flames, so was she. This was George's plan. This was it. This is the end. There was no escape, no last-minute rescue. Just the fire, the pain, and the bitter taste of defeat.

THE LOST WEREWOLF PRINCESS: MATED TO THE RIVALS

THE LOST WEREWOLF PRINCESS: MATED TO THE RIVALS

My eyes snap open and my hands are on fire. Silver fire. The flames curl around my fingers like vines, weightless and bright. They flicker with light, not heat, and my heart stutters. Everyone is silent. Rhea stares, eyes wide with something between wonder and fear. "She’s doing it," she whispers. The flames ripple higher, sliding up my arms. They don’t hurt. They hum. Like they know me. I breathe. And that’s when it all goes wrong. The fire flares, too fast, too much. It jumps from my arms to the air around me. Moonstones crack. Wind whips across the courtyard. I hear someone shout. Rhea’s voice calling my name. The Elders moving. And then-

The Fae Serenade.

The Fae Serenade.

Last I heard of her Katniss had told me she won her first match in the Dance of the Dead and has just four more to go. “Kyle- Kyle!” Katniss’ voice shoots through as she barges open the door, which does not happen. She is usually quiet. Once her eyes meet mine, I can immediately see the panic in them. She is holding a fire torch in one hand and is wearing a black cloak — there is another one in her which she throws over to me. “We need to leave now. They are onto us.” I stand up immediately, leaving behind the bread I was previously eating. ‘Who?’ I sign.
