One soul mate per person, no need to be greedy. My saving grace is that I don't see the threads between people unless the two people are fairly close by each other, say a few blocks maybe. I don't know if I can see my own threads. I never have before, but that doesn't mean anything. I might not have any, or maybe I have never been close enough to anyone for my threads to be visible before.

I said, grateful my voice didn’t shake much. A pause. Then calmly, he spoke. “I warned you about restricted areas.” “You watch people sleep!” “For protection.” “That’s not protection! That’s insanity!” Silence followed briefly. “You opened a locked door inside my home.” “You investigated my entire life!” “You agreed to the contract.” “That doesn’t make this normal!” Another quiet pause and I could practically feel him listening carefully now. God, even while being invisible, this man somehow controlled entire rooms. I hated how strongly I felt that.

I imagined the orb as a small, delicate package, tied with multiple taut strings that protected its contents from being revealed. I whispered an unlocking incantation, trying to tug at the invisible strings within the orb. I felt my magic tugging at the strings, but they refused to budge. I tried again, chanting the incantation with more intent. I sensed the energy within the orb vibrating in response to my magic, but the strings still held fast.

Chardonis shuddered under his gaze… As a third wheel. As an audience in this sparkling attraction unfolding in front of me, I can tell how much they love each other. Even without the strings. I don’t really know who they are. My only guess is that…they are the supernatural beings in-charge of the malevolent strings. Either they’re gods and goddesses of fates or one of them is, and the other is a servant. That would explain the invisible wall that’s standing between them. “Please,” she pleaded. The way she whispered those words, set something in him apart. His eyes turned glassy, staring at her. He can’t fight her determination to do what she set out to do.

"Good morning, students. Today we will be discussing something quite interesting... about invisible energy." Raven swallowed. They exchanged glances. Their adventure was not over yet. The classroom was silent for a moment after Professor Lorry's statement. Some students seemed to be holding their breath, while others began to whisper among themselves. Meredith tried to calm her mind, even though the foreboding continued to haunt her. "Invisible energy can come from many sources," Professor Lorry continued while opening one of his books. "Many theories say that its presence can be felt, but not everyone is able to see it or understand how it works."

Everyone could see that the infamous and mighty Damon Coldwell Sr was afraid,getting nervous as he listened to whatever the person on the other line was saying, and it made them wonder what was going on . “That doesn’t make any sense,” he muttered, his usually cold voice now sounding more in disbelief and scared. “How can all the investors pull their funds out at the same time?” His hand began to tremble, and he wiped his brow, which was now slick with sweat. “This has to be a mistake. It has to be.”
