The Butcher - A Mafia romance

The Butcher - A Mafia romance

He seemed to be a long-term resident of the city because he knew exactly where he was going, knew exactly what street to take without looking at his phone for guidance. “How long have you lived in Paris?” “All my life. You?” “Same.” That was the extent of our conversation. We passed Loup on the corner and walked down the path where the restaurants were located beneath my apartment. There was a small road for cars, but only taxis pulled up to the area. Right now, it was deserted, all the restaurants closed except for Au Pied de Cochon.

LOVE AND LUST

LOVE AND LUST

The buildings were a mix of modern and vintage architecture, with intricate designs and ornate details. As they cruised down the main street, Mira spotted a quaint little bookstore with a sign that read "Moonlit Pages." The store's windows were filled with stacks of books, and the door was adorned with a beautiful wooden sign that creaked in the wind. Mira felt an instant connection to the place and made a mental note to visit it soon.

Gilded Hearts

Gilded Hearts

I translated signs out loud just to annoy him. “Rue des Mauvais Garçons,” I read. “Street of Bad Boys.” He raised a brow. “Sounds familiar.” “I thought of you immediately-,” I said sweetly,. He laughed, actually laughed-, and I realized I hadn’t heard that sound much before,. Just… human. At a small art market near the Seine-, he stopped in front of a watercolor of Paris rooftops,. “You like it?” I asked. “It’s imperfect,” he said. “But honest.”

His Lost Little Lady

His Lost Little Lady

"That's just what a gentleman does." I curled into the far corner of the backseat, small and out of place. I kept still, listening as they traded stories that belonged only to them—from a snowy night in Sirelia to the sunrise over Mount Astrelle. I wasn't part of any of it. Streetlights streamed past the window, one after another, like splashes of whiskey. My eyes drifted to the two bottles Tristan had set on the seat. Our first date had been in a whiskey bar. I remembered him ordering the fiercest malt they had, sliding the glass toward me with a single push, his gaze shadowed and intense.

The CEO's Contractual Wife

The CEO's Contractual Wife

"Ah, perfect. You are on the perfect street. Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré has many beautiful boutiques. Hermès is just down the street, and there is a wonderful small bookshop called Galignani that has been here since 1520." A bookshop from 1520. Casual. "That sounds perfect. Thank you." "Shall I arrange a car?" "I'd rather walk, if that's okay." Céline looked delighted. "Mais oui, of course! Walking is the best way to see Paris. Here, I will give you a small map."

I am reading this book and the other book you are currently serialising. Both have exceptional storylines, excellent grammar and I am absolutely obsessed with reading them. My only disappointment is with this novel you are only updating every weeks with between 5-7 chapters which is no enough.

Absolutely love the two leads! Great book so far, can't put it down. Loving the way their love story is unfurling. Can't wait to reread it from start to finish when it finishes... but so far loving every new chapter as they come out! One of my favorite books. Keep it up!!! ...️

Belonging to the Alpha King

Belonging to the Alpha King

Were all in Paris werewolves? We found a small bookstore, and I quickly pulled Vidar inside. "Come on," I said. "I want to find a book." My anxiety was skyrocketing. Now was the time. We looked around for a moment while I formulated my plan. The store was really cute. It had two floors and was full of all types of books in French and English. There was a lovely old lady behind the counter, helping people with a gentle smile. I turned to Vidar. "Can you help me find a book?" Vidar looked at me.

His Little Pawn

She didn't want to see him too anyway. 'Liar' Her thoughts echoed but she ignored them and got up. She might as well arrange his stuff. She kept his jacket and made to lock his wardrobe when she saw an old book tucked away at the lowest part of the wardrobe. What was that? She was overwhelmed by curiousity and picked it up. It was dusty. She cleaned it up and opened it. It was a photo album! There were lots of photos in it. She saw photos of Lance when he was a baby.

The Jock, The Nerd and The Geek

"I haven't seen this in a while," It was a novel. Liane Moriarty book. Big Little Lies. "You read that stuff?" "Yeah, but I can't read Novels— On my own," Her face showed something close to pain as she flipped through the pages with a small smile on her face. "I can only read it around Marcos and the idiot always has me repeating words just to get me pissed—" Slowly, the smile died away. Paris could tell she remembered she wasn't talking to him. Now, he wanted to know why. It was clear it hurt her to be away from him.

The Company’s Little.

The Company’s Little.

he says in a sad voice, I get what he means if this place wasn't kink-friendly we'll all have to hide a big part of ourselves behind closed doors. I once read a story, it's called littles academy, a world where everyone is either sub or dom, and littles are regular and real things, I loved that book and the author is awesome. But sadly outside of this company walls showing my little self would be a big mistake people would judge and talk badly about you.
