Novel & Cerita The Lycan’s Queen

I felt Oliver licking the wound to seal it, but he did not let go of me. “You are all witnesses. I present Luna Helena. Queen of the Lycans.” Oliver smiled and within the blink of an eye loud applause and howls erupted from the Lycans. I was shocked that they were all so happy about it! Oliver lifted his hand to silence them and smiled at me for a moment before returning his attention to the werewolves on the ground.

He thanks him with a smile. "You did an excellent job, Roland. Thank you, and please excuse us." "My king, I have something to tell you. The queen is carrying two Lycans, not just one, and they both feed on her energy. What the queen requires right now is that you get closer to her. She needs your energy to replenish herself." What on earth is he talking about? I feel so weak even when he touches me, let alone sleeping with me all day to feed me his energy.

I said, not quite understanding where she was headed to. “Lycans hate witches,” she clarified. “There hasn’t been a single witch in the Lycan kingdom. They’re persecuted and killed there. Here, they’re respected. But there…” I nodded although I was still in shock. Hearing this wasn’t easy for me, especially since I was considering that I might be the Lycan Queen. How would I be the Lycan Queen if witches weren’t allowed in that kingdom? Clearly, the Queen wouldn’t be a witch. My hopes all shattered, and I looked away so she wouldn’t see the pain in my eyes.

The pregnant she-wolf didn't understand why her body was submitting to this woman. The council members and the priestess gulped as they could tell what was happening. “He married her, didn't he?” Elder Mackenzie sighed. “So? If she's his mate, then I don’t see the problem,” Elder Beres snickered. “But this isn't how then council do things!” Elder Natasha let out. "To my loyal followers and my friends from near and far," Kanyon greeted. "I present to you, my second-chance mate, my wife, and the queen of Lycania, Jessica Thorton- Coldblood."

I was placed on a bed and the man turned his back on me and started walking away. I thought he was going to close the door before coming back to me. I wasn't a fool. I knew why I was here. After hearing the man I didn't get to see refer to him as your majesty, I knew I was doomed. I was a slave to the notorious mateless Lycan King. Rumour has it that he's ruthless and a womaniser. He takes female wolves or Lycans as his sex slaves and discards them when he's bored.

"These are to keep my wolf at bay. I was starting to become feral." I look at the strange symbols on her arms and I feel strangely close to the girl that is sitting across from me. "You know there are other packs that would have taken you in. All you had to do was ask for asylum. In fact, it is not too late. My mother is the Queen of the Lycans and she is a hybrid. You could become part of Lycan City. You wouldn't have to worry about becoming feral ever again."

Lycans were not easy creatures to control, and even the females were hard to manage. Sophia was a royal female, strong, with a large wolf, athletic, and a plump shape that my people considered fertile. People said she was beautiful, but I never found her attractive. She was not my fated mate; I could never see anything beautiful about her, unlike how I saw Tara.

“Eros.” Then she smiled again before she could stop herself. The second girl groaned immediately. “Oh no.” “What?” “You already like him.” “I do not.” “You absolutely do.” The silver haired girl looked back down toward him again. “I’ve never seen anyone like him before.” “That’s because there isn’t anyone else like him.” “What is he?” “He’s not human.” That caught her attention immediately. “What do you mean?” The second girl crossed her arms. “He’s the Lycan King.”

"Not all of them. Lucien... I won't lose him." Her laughter was like sharp knife. "Don't worry. He will join you in the afterlife first. I plan on killing him the moment I have the strength. He is a Lycan, after all. Their blood is ancient, stronger than any typical wolf. He’s a trophy I’ve been waiting to claim." "No!" I shouted, the white space around us beginning to vibrate with my anger. "I won't let you."

"Why are they so against this? Some of them are just wolves as well, so why won't they allow me to be their Queen?" Carolina shook her head slowly. "That's the thing, Hailey. Lycans are special so they believe they are the only ones allowed to be their King and Queen. Anything else is a disgrace to the kingdom they believe in. They don't think normal wolves are strong enough to rule. It's an old ancient belief that hasn't been abolished and if you and Hunter never fix this, it might go on for another hundred years." Oh my god. This was so awful. Just then, the door was kicked down and both Carolina and I squealed in shock, but recovered when we saw that it was just Hunter.
