The Lycans Rejected Mate Anaiah Novels & Stories

Monika looked at Aana and then Ryan who was standing behind Aana. "Werewolves reject their chosen mate to be with their fated mate, but my mate rejected me after spending a night with me," Monika said with a broken smile, feeling her emotions all over her place. Aana's eyes widened at her words. She turned and looked at Ryan, who was looking at Monika with a poker expression.

"You think you can stop me, Darius? You think I’ll just let you or anyone stand in my way? Anita is going to be Luna. Whether you like it or not. And if you can’t handle that, then maybe it’s time you learned your place." He turned his gaze to Anita, his expression softening, but the fury was still simmering beneath the surface. "Anita," he said, his voice lowering. "You need to stop this ridiculous act. Stop pretending like you don’t want this. You’re my mate. You belong by my side. Stop fighting me." Anita’s lip trembled, and for a moment, I thought she might break down. But then, her chin lifted slightly, and she spoke, her voice barely above a whisper.

“Alright. Anaya was my mate. She's the woman who rejected me because she wanted Amoux. She wanted to be the Queen.” “Are you telling me the truth? But how did you know?” “There was a small party that I visited. And this party was exclusive for werewolves only. That night I met Anaya at the party. We made out, but she rejected me right away after we did that. I never thought that my mate would reject me even though I am an Alpha.” “Because Anaya wants a Lycan King mate by her side. Nice, I never thought that she had that kind of attitude. When we were in the Nightwalker, she was too innocent.”

” Tristan explained Mates? “Lycans are not known to give up on their erasthai even when they are already mated or married to another” he finished “How crazy is that”? I scoffed and tried to play off the fact that I just asked something so deep like that and it bothered me. I turned to look at Caine and Tatiana again and the spot was empty. I was too busy listening to Tristan that I hadn’t noticed when they slipped away. Tristan’s hand moved to my hair and I paused.

“I, Esme Meadows, reject you as my mate!” At her heated words of rejection, a tense silence enveloped the whole yard. No one, not even the wind made a single noise. Esme tensed, expecting the pain of the rejection to swamp her body but nothing came. Then the king laughed. A soft mocking laugh. “You really don’t know anything, do you?” He said mirthlessly as he knelt before her. “The rejection will never work.” “Why?!” “Because, my dear Esme, lycans mate for life. And even if they didn’t, I wouldn’t accept your rejection anyways.”

But right now was not the time to be. I needed to level up if I wanted to get my revenge on behalf of Sumi. She was a part of why I was doing this—a constant reminder, a wound that had never truly closed. And I would not let fear ruin that. "Do you think I care about that mark, Bella? We are Lycans—we can choose our mates. Even if you are the king’s mate, he can reject you and still be able to find another lady whom he will make his mate, and they will be bound for life. A mate bond means nothing! You mean nothing!” She added in anger, her voice rising with every word, thick with bitterness that had clearly been building for years.

Aurora stared. “Lycans,” he continued, “are older. Wilder. The Moon Goddess may create the bond, but Lycans are dominant enough to resist the snapping of it. If your mate — the king — refused the rejection, then the bond lingers. Muted, strained, but still alive.” “But I don’t want it!” she cried, her voice cracking. “I meant every word. I don’t choose him.” “Then you must break it another way,” Malrick said gently. “Forcefully. Permanently. A spoken rejection from your heart is powerful, yes — but for a mate like him… it may not be enough.”

Then I smelled my mate, and when I looked at the door, she was standing there with the others. "Your mate has been rejected! How much better could she be than me?" Lica shouted, not knowing that Cindy was there to hear everything she was saying. "She's a bitch, just like Sheena, who whores around. Is that what the royal Lycans wanted? "Women that have been passed on to different men?" she asked. I was furious, but I couldn't help a smirk leave my lips because I already saw what would happen to her.

I pushed aside her words and went ahead, it was for the best. "I, Nyx Evander, affiliated member of the Blackmoon pack rejects you Lycus Dardanos as my Mate!" His eyes widened as I rushed out my words, I could feel his mark burn and my insides twist in pain, Hera clawed at me in an agonizing heartwreck and i could literally see and feel Lycus falling apart before me both inside and out but I didn't care. I didn't care as his expression silently pleaded with me and as he braced himself on the wall so as not to fall.

The word rippled through the clearing. My skin tightened. “I did not break anything,” I said. The Lycan’s silver gaze shifted to me. “You awakened,” he corrected. The silver at my collarbone warmed again, not violently but present. Ryan shook his head, “This is madness.” The Lycan looked at him. “Madness is rejecting what your ancestors protected.” The clearing went silent. Ryan stepped forward again, refusing to yield. “She is my former mate,” he said. The Lycan tilted his head slightly.
