The author had titled the novel like that because, the villain who was supposed to be the male lead in the original novel dies in the hands on the person whom he wished affection from. There was no villainess nor any mention of Rubia. The Novel revolves around the worlds of the male lead Damien and the female lead Catherine. Catherine had no feelings for Fredrick after their first meet but, Fredricks action remain the same as it was in the original Novel. (Refer Chapter 3 - The original story). Fredrick gifts Catherine a title for her birthday a few months before she becomes a Saintess. Catherine who had no feelings for Fredrick refused to accept the present.

Alpha Evan asked, his furious gaze fixed on Alpha Adrian. Alpha Adrian glared at me, making me avert my gaze. I was too stunned to even try to defend myself. Besides, in my shocked state, I realised that no matter what I said, Alpha Adrian would obviously listen to Alpha Evan over me for he was an Alpha and I was Melody, the girl he hated more than anything in this world. He killed his own father for heaven's sake. In the novel, he was described as someone who didn't feel any guilt, sorrow, or love and has a hobby of torturing his prisoners. But of course, it changed when he met the heroine. I didn't think it was love, but he became quite obsessed with the heroine and did all sorts of crazy things in order to possess her. The point is, he was a devil with the face of an angel. And that devil was currently standing in front of me. How come the villain and the villainess met at the marketplace? Fuck! This isn't supposed to happen!

He's intentionally written out to be like this. He will literally be the worst person I've probably ever written (compared to the male leads of my previous stories) think of this story as reading about the villain instead of the hero.
