The Lycan's Young Luna

The Lycan's Young Luna

And they accused Aikiz because she is a weak orphan! Orphans who have no family or pack are seen in werewolves society as a burden. Orphans are never seen as respectful, intelligent, noble or kind. Let alone if they are wolf-less like Aikiz. In that case, they are believed to be cursed, mischievous, and lawful.

One Night With My Alpha Professor

One Night With My Alpha Professor

Children would be ripped from their friends and everyone they knew. And then what? Cram them into the few reputable establishments that were left? Judging from the looks of things, the problem was rampant; I could only count the number of uncorrupt orphanages on one hand, and even if those orphanages weren’t taking part in this awful scheme, there could be other issues. “I’m… not sure,” I finally answered. Charles frowned. “Perhaps we could send any warriors we have who aren’t actively dealing with the remnants of the Coldclaw situation and send them to intimidate the orphanage directors. Fine them royally, then threaten them with being shut down if they continue the practice.”

Nanny For The Alpha's Lost Twins

Nanny For The Alpha's Lost Twins

I kind of agreed, but I made sure my face looked excited and engaged. “Just another orphanage?” she asked, striking the perfect note of astonishment. “We’re talking about children, pups and kids, who have no one else in their lives, no one, not an aunt or a cousin or even a family friend, who wants to take them into their household. There’s no one who wants to step up and take care of them through no fault of their own at all.

Rejected by the Alpha: Mated to the savage Lycan

Rejected by the Alpha: Mated to the savage Lycan

"Mum, what does an orphan mean?" "Someone that does not have a father," Aiden piped. "That's not correct, Aiden," I said. "An orphan is someone without any parents. Not a father or mother." "That is sad," Addison said softly. "Can you be her mother, mum?" I chuckled and rubbed her head. "As the Luna, I am every kid's mum," I said. "But she has another mother now. Hilda and Beta Draco are her new parents." "Really?" Aiden pulled away and looked at me.

this is a great storyline. the story has kept me absurd. I love the characters they are well developed and believable. Mitch is rough a ngentle at the same time, and Anna is so strong. I really need you to finish up this storyline, leaving it hanging when he arrives at Anna's old pack is harsh

The CEO's Forever Pet

The CEO's Forever Pet

"If you wanna go then I'll be so lonely. If you're leaving, baby, let me down slowly"~ Alec Benjamin OLIVER I grew up without the warmth of a family nor the love of anyone around me. The nuns were too busy keeping us in check to actually love us and treat us like a big family. Over twenty children in a run-down orphanage. We were lucky to still be able to eat a three-square meal even though the portions were nothing more than three spoons full.

EMERGENCE: The Subnatural Chronicles

EMERGENCE: The Subnatural Chronicles

You know, war. Despite their absence, from what I'm told they were big parts of war efforts, considered heroes. Some heroes left their kid to live like some forgotten problem. There and handled but never really taken care of. The government check arrives like clockwork on the first of every month. Just enough to keep me alive, not enough to make anything of myself. I suppose I should be grateful. Most orphans end up in the camps—overcrowded, underfunded facilities where kids are more likely to learn how to fight or steal than read or write. At least I have walls and a door that locks.

Replaced by the Hero’s Orphan

Replaced by the Hero’s Orphan

The day the new Pack House was finished, my mother, Aria, the Luna, announced the room assignments. Every space in the three-story mansion was claimed. The top floor was the Alpha and Luna’s suite. The room next to it—the biggest, the most beautiful, with moonstones embedded in the walls to soothe a wolf’s soul—was for Chloe. Chloe’s father died ten years ago in the Blood Moon War. He sacrificed himself to save my brother, Jasper. After that, my family adopted her. The whole pack treated her like a hero’s orphan, protecting her at all costs. I traced the blueprints with my finger. Room by room. My name wasn't there. I asked my mother. She paused, then spoke in that gentle, matter-of-fact ton

The Grass Wishes to be Emerald

The Grass Wishes to be Emerald

“Madan Orna tord us tat swince we are ornans, ever- one can core us wit any- ting they want.” ‘Clearly, the orphans in the capital are called by names and have the opportunity to study in an academy. Why are these orphans different?’ Cassey maintained her smile in front of the children but her nails are gashing onto the hem of her old beige dress. ‘I shall uncover everything, Madame Oprah.’ “Shall we start the class now?” “Yes, Miss Cama!” “Next time, it should be ‘Certainly, Miss Cama!’ You got it, pupils?” “C-Certainly, Miss Cama!”

Maid for Him

Maid for Him

Amber lowered her head in humiliation, their laughter ringing in her ears like a thousand bells. Though crushed, she tried to focus her thoughts on the next day. Thankfully, she would visit the orphanage-a place that brought her peace and joy. That hope, small as it was, gave her strength. --- The next day, daylight spilled across the village. The orphanage sat along a busy street, surrounded by the sounds of vendors, clattering pots, laughing children, and wandering goats. A marquee out front read: To Care for the Homeless Children. Amber handed three boys a coin each for helping her carry hampers of gifts. They thanked her and darted into the street, full of life.

Madam Winters’s Fight For Her Children

Madam Winters’s Fight For Her Children

Cherry lowered her voice and said, “You want to steal my parents. You want to steal my home! You’re the worst kid in the world!” “No… No, I don’t want to!” Grapie slowly walked back. “I don’t want to leave the orphanage. I don’t want to leave Mama Sherry. I don’t want to leave so many friends here.” “You’re lying!” Cherry pulled her with great force. Every orphan’s biggest dream was to have parents, and their biggest hope was to have a home that belonged to them. “You’re hurting me.” Grapie hunched her shoulders in fear.

Ahh! I want more! This one was a real delight. The overall flow of the story was very interesting. I so love Addy and Duke, the power couple. At times, I'll hold my breath for what to come next. It's so eventful, to say the least. Pity all good things must come to an end.
