Is the Lord Drachen who met me in my subconscious, only in the Drachentia Kingdom, or is it somewhere else too? If I may label, the Haddad Kingdom is an extra kingdom whose existence is written about by the author to give a comparison to the Drachentia Kingdom. His name is probably only mentioned once or twice in the novel. But here, the kingdom exists. They have humans in them and take care of their cultural heritage as well. I shook my head. Shouldn't I now have to accept this world as my reality? But still, when I see a human who's beauty makes my jaw drop, I find it hard to say that this is reality.

Moving from one kingdom to another, there are 151 kingdoms in Atena, plus smaller villages that have not been confirmed as kingdoms yet. That would be a lot of fun exploring Atena with you,” he said. I smiled, imagining it. It would really be a whole lot of fun; no worries, just fun and more fun.

A much better world.” He lifts his head at once. “Yes!” He nearly hops in place, sudden energy flashing through his grief. “Of course I remember!” “It was called Selene’s Kingdom,” I continue, tightening my fingers around his hand, grounding myself as much as him. “Wolves like us and all of Selene’s creations go there when their purpose in this world has ended.” I manage a smile, though it feels fragile, like it might shatter if I hold it too long. Nicholas frowns, confusion knitting his small brows together. We stop walking.

All smiling like I’d just risen from a hundred-year nap and they were the official welcoming committee. My eyes squinted. “Is this… is this a thing? Do you people do this every morning?” Danny giggled, Asher whispered something to Lucian, and Lucian just smiled like he’d planned this whole dramatic reveal for weeks. “What’s going on?” I asked, still blinking the sleep out of my eyes. Lucian placed his hand on his chest. “We are in the presence of royalty.” I blinked harder. “Okay, am I still asleep?” Asher raised a tiny bouquet of wildflowers and offered it to me like I was Queen Elizabeth.
