The Heiress's Choice

The Heiress's Choice

The pilot greeted me by my real name, Elena Sterling, and for the first time in three years, I didn't correct him. I was Elena Sterling, Heiress, CEO and daughter of one of the most powerful families in the country. I'd forgotten that. Let myself forget it. All because of love. Never again. As the plane took off, I looked down at the city below. Somewhere down there, Damien was going about his day, thinking I'd be home tonight with dinner ready. Somewhere down there, Margaret was celebrating what she thought was another victory. They had no idea. No idea that the woman they'd dismissed, the woman they'd treated like garbage, was about to become their worst nightmare.

Uncontrollable Temptation

Uncontrollable Temptation

Part of my liked it but another part of my found it very disturbing. "You look nice in that dress." His compliment made me warm all over. "Thank you." "Did you notice we have a new pilot." He said to me. "Really? I didn't. What happened to Captain Williams?" "He went to his home town in Ohio for his daughter's wedding. The new guy is just temporary." "Aw, congratulations to him."

This realization intensifies her anger and deepens her sense of betrayal. The sensitivity of the matter at hand contrasts starkly with her husband's self-serving motives. The Accidental Wife

she replied nonchalantly. Nicholas snorted with laughter, "Portfolio? Is marriage a job? You're really weird..." "In this case yes, our marriage is a job for me, because I will earn money from this marriage, don't you think so?" Rachel said sarcastically. There was a long silence that suddenly awoke between them until finally, a flight attendant said that their plane would be ready to take off. "So you're not piloting this plane?" "Of course not! Unless you want to be in this cabin alone," he said curtly but managed to make Rachel smile faintly.

Ex-wife's return: Spoilt by Billionaire husband

Ex-wife's return: Spoilt by Billionaire husband

Harvey's POV: After spending an hour and a half combing through documents, I picked up my phone to dial the pilot's number. That’s when I noticed the voicemail notification. I opened it and listened. "Bastard, if you don’t come here to pleasure me, don’t get angry if I allow another man to perform your duty for you." What the hell? I thought, caught completely off guard. What has gotten into my wife? I knew it had been a while since I touched her, but she had never complained about it before. This was different, though—her voice held an edge, something sharp and dangerous.

Dying As Guard, Awakening As Bride

If the pilot wasn't flying the helicopter, then who was? Their question was swiftly answered when a stunning lady stepped out from the driver's side of the chopper. She gracefully descended and removed her helmet. As she did so, her golden blonde hair flowed down, glistening in the sunlight. That confident and composed woman who skillfully piloted the chopper was none other than Martin's soon-to-be wife - Victoria Red. Margaux stumbled over her words, asking, "Wait, was it Victoria who flew the chopper?" Even Zoe, who had a low opinion of Victoria, was left speechless.

The book is well-made. The plot is insane and as a fan of isekai, I enjoyed reading it. I love how the author convey the emotions of each the character. When I am reading other books, the characters just shout at each other and they don’t even explain the emotions they were feeling.

I love that the plot is fast pace but the emotions aren not. I am so tired reading books with unreasonable characters who always act impulsively. But the author of this book really conveys the character so well. If I finish this, I would like to read her other books. Thank you so much.

Claire stood up and joined the new wife, her suspicion making her unable to keep a smile.

Also, it took WAY TOO LONG to get to the Olympiad and the exam. Like really?!?! Also, no one can be that perfect. Every time you turn around, she is a master of this and that at the tender age of 18. Like, come on! Do better!

I’m only 26% thru this book, and I’m HOOKED!!! There’s a FEW slow places in it, but overall, it has kept me interested so much, that I read every chance I get, and can’t wait to get further into it!!! Definitely worth the time, IMO.

The Wife's Return

Deleting the message now would do nothing. This isn't making any sense. “Don’t be selfish now, Isobelle. Let your kid meet his family. Plus, do you think Nikolai's family can let you board the flight somewhere to continue living your life knowing you are still married to their son? Not to mention, now that they know about their grandson?”
