No Escape From Fate

No Escape From Fate

So, we would stay here and set off first thing in the morning, moving away from this town called Dredel in the kingdom of Zergedia. For this purpose, we stopped at a decent-looking, two-story guesthouse in the center of the settlement. It was a kind of hotel, with a large tavern on the first floor and guest rooms on the second. We rented a family room with four small beds and a private bathroom with a shower. We all settled together for safety. The guards would take turns keeping watch downstairs in the tavern, observing the surroundings while we rested upstairs. Once we reached our rented room, the men stayed outside while we refreshed ourselves in the shower and changed into clean clothes.

The Rejected Quisling

The Rejected Quisling

I step on my way, desperately searching for the source of my excitement. “Mate!”, I whisper simultaneously with my ecstatic wolf. I feel my heart pounding rapidly inside my chest. I am thrilled with joy at the celebratory discovery of my long-lost destined mate. After a while, I found the spot where the whirling whiff of my mate is strongest. Not far from the right corner of a wrecked building, a desolate door is carefully hidden, strategically located out of naked eyes. I transform into my human self to hold the painted lever. Amaltheo is cheering me on with urgency. I put a tight grip on the lever that holds the door in place, locking whoever is inside the underground escape room. I breath

Revenge on My Ex-husband

Revenge on My Ex-husband

Melody smiled jokingly. Her smile wasn’t sincere. A flash of panic flashed across Lisa's face, but she quickly returned to normal and explained calmly, "My grandfather made it." Melody turned to look at Alice with a smile. "I think we can use this secret room to play an escape room game." "What kind of game is that?" Alice looked surprised, as if she had discovered something new. Melody explained, "It's an adventure game, but it takes some time to set up the scenes and props."

Rewinding My Reaper Boyfriend

Rewinding My Reaper Boyfriend

The Library had been transformed into a prison. Heavy velvet ropes cordoned off the exits. A digital countdown clock, projected onto the mahogany wall, ticked down in ominous red numerals. 45:00. "Welcome to 'Trapped'!" Mira’s voice announced over the intercom. "Relationships are about solving problems together! Escaping the mundane! Today, you have forty-five minutes to crack the codes, find the keys, and unlock the door to the next round. The last couple to escape... is eliminated."

After the Escape

After the Escape

My mother dragged me out of my biological father's brutality, and I thought we had finally escaped. Then she married the Don of the Falcone family. The woman who once fought to protect me completely changed. To secure my stepfather's approval and coddle his beloved Sofia, she stood by and let them turn me into a servant in the house I was supposed to call home. Every time I pushed back, they pushed harder. Every time I begged to be seen, I was met with contempt. My biological father's fists left scars on my body. This family's marks went deeper—into my bones. So I stopped. If they never wanted me there, I would stop breaking myself for their hollow approval. I would take my own life back. In

Mazelina: The Legend of The White Wolf

Mazelina: The Legend of The White Wolf

We have our daughter to find, and he needs to get over this stupid secret. I walk into my office and go directly to the fake wall, pressing my hand against it. The door slides open, revealing a small room. It holds a couple of couches and a single bed. It’s almost like a panic room. Rush is sitting on one of the couches, his head leaning back, eyes staring straight at the ceiling. “I need some time, Mazelina.” His voice comes out gruffly. “We don’t have time Rush. Our daughter is out there somewhere, and we need to find her.”

Escaping From My Ruthless Alpha

Escaping From My Ruthless Alpha

The rug at the center of the room. It looked slightly… off. The fabric was bunched up at one side, as if it had been moved recently but not properly put back into place. Suspicion flared through me. Cautiously, I stepped forward and yanked the rug aside. My breath hitched. A trapdoor. The handle was old, rusted, but well-used. This was it. The sinking feeling in my gut intensified. "Do you really want to go down there?" Fenrir’s voice rumbled in my mind, edged with unease.

Charolette Hunt
This is a wonderful book and I truly hope that there is happiness for Kamryn on the other side of all her traumatic experiences. I will say that the author weaves complexity in her characters that makes us love and hate them at the same time.

I loved this book. The character growth and story progression were excellent. The author is also able to create side stories with all of the characters in the book. Lorien and Lyssa, Orion and Rmonica, Kevyn and Thalia. This book is a great example of a seasoned author.

I'm happy I had seen this in the most popular stories section. Hope it will be on the front page next......

He Chose His Step Mother, I Chose His Uncle

He Chose His Step Mother, I Chose His Uncle

"You have sixty minutes to find the Professor’s hidden will. If the walls start moving... don't panic! It just means you’re running out of time. Good luck!" The door slams shut, and the clock starts ticking. Immediately, the room becomes a flurry of activity. Farida and Chloe are useless, mostly just posing against the props and hoping Owen will notice their profiles. The other two guys in our group are frantically pulling books off shelves. I, however, am in my element. Since I was a teenager, escape rooms have been my favourite kind of puzzle, so being back in one? Pfft. Piece of cake. "The books aren't the key," I say, pointing to the portrait above the fireplace. "Look at the eyes. They’

Alpha's Unicorn Mate

Alpha's Unicorn Mate

“It’s a...a small storage closet. The latch on the left side of the shelving unit opens into a passageway. The door at the end opens into the bushes on the west side of the club.” Having gotten what he needed, Razl grabbed a fistful of golden hair and slammed the guy’s forehead into the wall, knocking him out. “What now?” she asked, watching the blond slump to the floor in an unconscious heap. “Now we create a diversion.” He headed toward what looked like one of those commercial fire alarms that public buildings and businesses were required to have. A second later, he’d pulled the lever and a jarring, head cracking siren filled the building, warning everyone to evacuate the premises.
