People talk about how they wanna go to heaven or how somebody will go to hell for their sins but for me, this life was both heaven and hell. It was heaven when Gurans was with me and now it's a hell that she isn't with me. I continued to ignore her and she left getting tired of my ignorance. As soon as she left there was another knock on the door. It was Sanskrit. I looked at him waiting for him to speak and he came inside. "Hey bro," he said. I didn't reply. "There is a problem," he hesitated. "Some vampires were trafficking humans..." "You know what to do," I replied not letting him finish.

He could hear hands working desperately at the lock and that made him brim with anticipation. Finally, he thought, till the door opened for him to see a tall macho man with overgrown beards and tattoos scattered all over his body. The shock from seeing the stranger made him almost unable to speak. He had heavy rock music pounding in his apartment. “Can I help you mate?” his deep voice could make anybody’s knees buckle with frightful intimidation. “Sorry…I came to the wrong door,” Kylian broke out in an uncoordinated stutter, “I was looking for some girl named Maya, she lives on this floor…I don’t know if you might know her, somehow.”

She jumps when I rub my finger along the smooth skin of her cheek. “Sorry Angel, I didn’t mean to scare you,” I tell her. “It is fine. I was just thinking. It pisses me off and scares me that Luke has been talking to some stranger. The weird thing is that whoever he has been talking to knows so much about our life and us.” She states. “I know and Harrington is tracing that number as we speak,” I reply.

My few seconds of peace are interrupted by someone. “Hey, stranger,” Luca says, and I give him a smile. “Hi.” “I didn’t want to ask too many questions earlier, but how do you know Aaron? Get him to trust you enough to bring you here,” he asks. His voice suddenly turns serious, and I shift uncomfortably. “I don’t know…”

Luke won’t be able to stop the young couples who are so desperately waiting for him to approve their unions. My heat hits three days later. I’m locked away in my room and taken care of by strangers while Luke is taken to the forest to wait it out in what they call the shack. He showed it to me on one of our walks. It is literally a shack in the middle of the forest.

the man snipped, his voice tinged with threat. Luke was not flinching. First you will have to kill me. The man slanted his head, laughter flaring in his posture. "Always the hero. Still, tell me she doesn't know? What did you do?" I looked at Luke; his quiet screamed louder than any confession. My tummy turned. "What is he talking about?" I demanded, my voice cracking. Luke didn’t meet my gaze. Instead, he kept his focus on the stranger. "Leave now and I won't kill you."

After all, this is hardly the best part of his life, stuck in a demon realm with people and also the one he loves …… Emily. Emily, Lucas turn and their eyes meet. Emily blink back the tears and suck in deep breaths. By the time her vision clear, Lucas averts his gaze and it seems she is also out of words. They follow Judas into a truck where five more people were chatting and polishing their weapons. " New comers?", One of the strangers asked, an old woman probably in her sixties. " Oh! She brought her lover", she chirps. " She is not…….", Lucas corrects, his fists jam into his pockets and his attention focused at a point somewhere past Emily.

She giggled at the thought. And Shean finally released the burning heat of lust throughout her being. There seems to be a mysterious and blazing emotion that motivates her to release her screaming desire. She raised one arm to his nape and quickly pulled the man against her. On tiptoed, she gently draws near her lips to the stranger, who was for a moment has hesitation.

Luca. His breath tore through the darkness, ragged, uneven. I pushed myself up, vision still swimming with pale spots, my eyes burning from the flash. Shapes flickered at the edge of my sight—two bodies locked together, Luca half-slumped against the stranger as they grappled for the gun. The second intruder wasn’t looking at them. He was turning toward me again. The shot had missed—barely. I could smell the burn of gunpowder clinging to the air. A thin line of smoke drifted upward from the barrel still aimed at my chest.

On their wedding day, right as Elena Emerton and Kyle Fenton were about to exchange rings, a woman rushed Kyle with a knife. Elena moved on instinct, throwing herself in front of Kyle. The blade sank into her chest, and she crumpled into Kyle's arms. As the woman was dragged away, she screamed, "Kyle Fenton, we're not done! How dare you get married?" That was when Elena recognized her. Allison Smyth. Kyle's sworn enemy for the past six years. Before anyone could react, Allison broke free and held the knife to her throat. "Kyle, I'm tired. Let's end this." Kyle's eyes went wide. He dropped Elena and rushed to Allison, catching the blade with his bare hand. Elena hit the floor hard.
