Luke answered and pinched in between his eyes, wondering what kind of human he was looking at. “This is interesting; I surely want to see where this leads.” Aurora’s act amused him. It seemed funny to him, as his lips twitched at how a petite-looking woman in pants was handling her ‘kidnapped’ situation. A brave but all the same funny act, he thought to himself. Theodore found himself smiling, obviously entertained by this stranger. He flinched when she almost missed her step, as though he was scared that she would fall. Luke wasn’t sure what he should be worried about: the stranger who thinks she is brave enough to find her way out of a well-sealed room, or his young master, who was smiling

He fell silent before whispering, "We were family." The darkness trembled, and Ava froze. *Family.* The revelation felt important, dangerously so. The stranger continued staring into the void. For a moment he looked lost, like a man remembering someone he had loved long ago. Then his expression hardened, just slightly. "That's why everything went wrong." Before Ava could ask what he meant, a familiar name echoed through the darkness. *"Luca."* The stranger smiled. "Persistent." A silver light appeared, then another, and another. The darkness began cracking, breaking apart.

She opened the door and was surprised to see an unknown man in her house with his escort. "Yes, who are you?". She asked. Lucas took off his shaded glasses and his cap, Ma lucy was shocked by his look and it suddenly reminded her of someone. "Good day ma". Lucas said politely. "Good, Who are you and how can I be of help to you?". She asked. "Am Lucas, I have something to tell you". he said. Ma lucy stares at him for a while and then ushers him in, they sit down and she offers him a drink.

Finally, he steps into the kitchen. “Years later, and you still bother me, wife,” he says as he presses a kiss against the side of my neck. I purr softly and turn to embrace him. “Long day?” I ask when we pull apart. He nods quietly. Then he steps around me, grabs a couple of plates, and walks back to the kitchen island. He sits down and extends both plates toward me. I serve us each a portion of the casserole. “Emerald invited someone, a stranger, to join the patrol team,” Luke says, forking some casserole into his mouth. “And Asher had a strong opinion about it.”

The answer came out barely above a whisper and Luca was getting closer, my chest tightened, I wasn’t ready, not yet, not to confront him or speak to him, not yet, The stranger looked toward Luca once, only once, then his attention returned to me, the irritation on his face was obvious. “He’s making a scene.” “I don’t care.” “I do.” The response surprised me, so did the faint edge of annoyance in his voice. A black car suddenly pulled up beside us. The suited man from earlier stepped out and opened the rear door, silently waiting. The stranger turned to leave then looked at me. “If you stay here, he’ll find you.” I glanced between the car and Luca, every instinct I had was screaming at me not

"Who are you?" The two men exchanged a glance before offering Lily a warm smile, their expressions open and friendly despite her obvious unease. She was confused about how and what she was doing in a strange room with a strange dude. She removed Luke's hand and got down from the bed. She searched for her clothes and wore them when she found them. Her sex was not sore so there was no intimacy between her and the stranger and that was a good relief for her. She just has to hurry and leave before the dude sleeping would wake up. Luke stirred and opened his eyes. He felt Christy's side on the couch and realized that she was not there. "Where could she be?" He thought. He heard movement in the background and looked around seeking for the direction of the movement.

Luke said to himself when he stood up to open the door but stopped on his step when there might be a possibility that it might be someone he does not know. So, if it is a stranger, he would scream out loud, hoping that his mother – 'no!' – hoping that it would be enough to wake Leo up. Slowly opened the door and peek at the small gap but he saw no one. Although, a wooden bed tray table is on the hallway floor and it has food and drinks on it. The door is now wide open as Luke took it and scanned the hallway’s side to see if someone left it there for him but saw no one.
