Alpha’s Dark Redemption

Alpha’s Dark Redemption

I pressed both palms to my temples, breathing shallowly, telling myself over and over that it was only stress, only fear, only my imagination punishing me for losing control of the one weapon I thought I possessed, the councilman, and yet the more I tried to ground myself, the more that whisper unfurled inside me, stretching into long, dark threads of awareness that slithered through the cracks of my mind like smoke, almost gentle, almost curious, but unmistakably inhuman. And then, the whisper took shape. Then I heard a voice; it was a child's voice. It wasn't a Just there, as if he had always lived in the corners of my mind and had finally turned toward me. “I see you.” My breath lodged in

Alpha Nox

Alpha Nox

1391° W Pass through the arch of liquid moonlight, and find the man who carries the stars on his flesh. Tell him you have heard the whispers. Tell him the Darkness is here, with the moon and stars it’s guide. Do not look over your shoulder as you follow him into the night, only ahead. Do not eat or drink anything, and when you meet the Whisperer, no matter how tempting it may be, do not look into his eyes.

Awesome book with a crazy, strong female. Has some typos and inconsistencies but still understandable as has decent grammar. Would be better if nox had shown more of his abilities to be at par with his strong mate

This was the 3rd Jane Doe book I read. Alpha nox is a really good read with a badass female lead. You're a talented author and I can say you've become my favorite author! My heart broke into pieces at some point but intense emotions are what I love the most about your work! Good job, Jane!

The Alpha's Wolf-less Luna

The Alpha's Wolf-less Luna

Elora was breathing heavily as she looked at this man with his eyes glowing blue just like hers. The thing was, her eyes have never glowed blue before and if it was happening now there was only one reason it could happen - at least that was what she read in the book of Wolf whisperers she found in Giselle's room back then, This man is related to her, as in, he is a wolf-whisperer! The man was just as puzzled as Elora was but he was more experienced with his powers. Something had caused him to get tense and he didn't think it would be a great idea to let himself get distracted because of a relative that he never even knew he had.

Whispers of Frost and Fire

Whispers of Frost and Fire

Our breaths mingled. He looked at me with eyes that glowed faintly gold. His wolf was right at the surface. “Do you want to get out of here?” he asked, voice hoarse, almost a whisper. I couldn’t speak. My body, my mind, my soul were still spinning. So I nodded, just once. That was enough.

whispers beneath the moon

whispers beneath the moon

I wandered, fingers trailing along spines, until a thick, aged tome caught my eye: The Rift: The Blood Feud Between Shadowmoor and Nightfang. Curiosity burned. I sat, flipping through tales of broken treaties, stolen land, and one chilling entry about a Luna from Nightfang who was assassinated by a Shadowmoor spy. No wonder these packs hated each other. “I wouldn’t start with the war crimes,” a voice drawled behind me. “The poetry section’s less likely to give you nightmares.” I looked up sharply. A woman leaned against the bookshelf, arms crossed, expression wickedly amused. She wore combat boots, a half-buttoned uniform jacket, and a smirk that could slice steel. Her dark blonde curls were

Whispers in the Night Rain

Whispers in the Night Rain

He didn't even have the mindspace to work. I had chosen to leave and had taken great care to wipe all traces of me in the system. As a result, William couldn't find out where I had gone. … Days passed William by like they always did. It was dull, monotonous, and filled with work. He came home groggy and dazed, but then a familiar scent hit him. His heart skipped a beat, and he immediately charged into the dining room. He was so desperate that he didn't even change into his indoor shoes.

Her Whispers, his ruin( Poisonous seduction)

Neither did he. “I’m not asking you to fuck me on your desk, Professor,” I whispered. “I’m just asking you to admit you won’t mind if I kiss you. His thumb brushed the inside of my wrist, almost absentmindedly. The small touch sent electricity up my arm. He noticed my breath hitch and his eyes darkened. “Little bird,” he murmured, the old nickname sounding different now—rougher, and heavier. “ You have books to focus on, I’m giving you whatever you score…. If you don’t read.

The next sound I heard was a whisper—low, cold, and close to my ear: “The fire will choose. Him… or me.”

The Secret Whisperer

The Secret Whisperer

“Sure, pal. And I’m the Queen of Sheba. Let me in.” The small man didn’t budge. Linda decided to double down. “I have a card,” she quickly flashed the card she pinched from the Mustard Jacket guy. The small man’s expression shifted from defiance to grudging acceptance, though he still looked at Linda like she was a loose wire sparking at both ends. “You should’ve said so earlier,” he muttered, stepping aside and jerking his head toward the darkened library. “Come in, then. But be quiet.”

Whispers of the Forgotten

Whispers of the Forgotten

The landscape was alien and foreboding, a surreal amalgamation of shifting shadows and fragmented structures that seemed perpetually on the verge of collapse. The air was thick with an unsettling stillness, broken only by the occasional whisper of forgotten memories. Each whisper was like a ghostly touch against her skin, a fleeting sensation that left her shivering. The whispers were disjointed, fragments of conversations, cries, and laughter that seemed to echo from the very walls of Nyxterra. They whispered her name in haunting, fragmented tones, urging her deeper into the darkness.
