The Witch Hunter Novel Novels & Stories

I don’t see him arrive. One second, the Witch hunters in front of me are stepping closer, their weapons humming with that sick, demonic energy, and the next there's a rustle in the woods that I only heard from six weeks ago. My magic is still flaring as i watch the witch hunter to my left drop. He hits the ground with a thud. There's no warning, no sound beyond the wet, bloody choke that leaves his throat as his body collapses to the forest floor.

He shifted back to pick her up and carry her the long distance to his den. "What happened?" Ciaran asked quietly after Kaynon had lay Cilyna down on his fur blanket. "She was hell bent on finding her kids. We went to her home for her to get some tools and the hunter was there with another. There was something different about the other one. She found out her husband was a witch and hid his scent. She would have been killed had I not insisted on following her. He did reveal their plans for the children but not their location. It's not going to be easy to find them with witches in the mix. The Hunters have created a high counsel to eradicate us all." Kaynon explained.

From a distance, I noticed a hut and decided it would be the safest option possible. I pulled the maiden further towards the direction and upon stepping into the hut, I closed the doors and slide the windows open, holding up my riffles and ready to shoot. It was rather shocking, when she pulled a riffle on top of the window as well to wait for the hunters. "I got it from the edge of the room." She revealed, obviously reading my expression. The first witch hunter came into sight and right before I could pull the trigger, she already did. I was surprised that she could aim to perfection. For the next few minutes, the rest of the witch hunters would be annihilated by our riffles.

She uttered a hiss and pulled her hand back. “It is interesting,” she mused. “Look at that…. Runes. Yes, yes. A curse but not… no, a binding. She bound your spirit to hers. Who is this witch?” Witch? “She’s no witch. She is… was the wolf hunter’s daughter. The one the prophecy foretold would end the reign of the Lycan.” The witch cupped my face in her hands, dark eyes searching my own. “Well, I don’t think she knows what she is then. Or someone put a curse on her.”

Miriam said, greeting her teeth "Stop it," Jayer warned her. He knew how much she hated Mrs. Hunter. "Okay," Miriam quieted down, but it could be shown on her face. "Hello, everyone. Tonight we are hunting down two creatures. Wolves and infernos. But our priority for tonight is the Inferno. It's a very dangerous creature and can burn you alive. It doesn't die easily except with a special remedy and hit directly to its core at the chest. Don't expect to survive if you don't hit the target. You at least have one chance of killing it. The bullets have been dipped into the poisonous remedy and makes it easier for you to kill it. As for wolves tonight, we will have to shoot one when we see one an

I did not rush to shut down the "Goddess Hunter" server. Instead, through a backdoor I had left behind when I analyzed the code earlier, I quietly prepared a brand new module I had already written. I named it "Scumbag Hunter." I sorted all the evidence of his academic fraud, along with the videos and photos of his cheating, into categories and packaged everything together. Then, I turned it all into "Hunting Quests." - After I finished everything, I checked the time.

The door flew open, and Hunter was there suspended off the ground by some sort of magic. My attention turned to a woman all in black as she held her hand up in the air like she was the one doing this and then it registered, “Moon Witch.” I roared as I charged for her but before I slammed into her, she disappeared into thin air as her laughter filled the room. Hunter dropped to the floor with a thud, and I turned to look at him my wolf baring her teeth in disapproval because he came without her. He held his hands in front of him, “Love calm down.”

She kept quiet, not answering any of their questions. “Please… let me go. I really do not have anything to say about Lucian.” I cried out. I heard a loud thud on the floor and as I tilted my head, I saw the witch on the floor. A tiny knife on her throat, as blood gushed out from her neck. “Who's there, show yourself.” The Hunters commanded as they drew their weapons taking their stance. Then the footsteps drew nearer, leaving the darkness and when he came into light I saw my saviour —Lucian.

“I’m not just saying it. I really wanted you to end up with Hunter. He’s a good man with a good heart, loyal, fair, and deeply protective of his people.” I scoffed. “From experience, his loyalty depends entirely on rank and status. He’s a jerk who broke his promise to me while keeping his word to Bethany.” Father stopped and gripped my shoulders again. “I’m not defending him, Selene, but understand Alpha Lewis and his daughter Bethany are manipulative abusers who treat everything like a game. Hunter’s only mistake was failing to report Lewis’s abuse of power. Still, staying loyal to his healer, trying to help Bethany despite her lies, and giving people second chances doesn't make him a bad p

Being trapped within the confines of Miss J's small cabin left Dante restless and hungry. Tucked outside the city limits, deep within the dense forests he remained in order to help the old Witch find her answers about a book her very young protege had envisioned. Yet each day that passed by, he grew hungrier in more ways than one. He had done well after leaving London behind to travel across the open waters, but when he caught the scent of the Witch's blood through her clothes, it took every bit of strength he had to restrain himself from feeding on her. Blood was not a necessity compared to some of his underlings. He could survive quite well without it, of course that took years of patience
