A Broken Vow

A Broken Vow

"I know I was wrong! Please forgive me—just give me one more chance!" His voice was hoarse, filled with despair and pleading. "I promise, I’ll cut ties with Lilith and her family. From now on, I’ll only have eyes for you. We can start over—we can have a happy life together!" I scoffed, curling my lips into a sarcastic smile. I laughed at his naivety and foolishness. "Do you really think we can go back to what we were?" Behind me, I heard his anguished howl. It was the sound of the werewolf in him being consumed by pain, just like how he was.

A Different Life

A Different Life

"I thought you might be hungry, so this time it's my turn to provide you with food." Wei had no other choice but to open the door and invite him in. He was rolling his eyes and had all the appearance of a victim of circumstances, which was his natural spontaneous reaction to whatever happened out of the ordinary. Out of his order of things, that is. Most people would consider his whole life out of the ordinary, but to him it was just normal, so he behaved naturally-pissed by habit, but deep down he appreciated not having to cook. Andrew had just lost a chance, but he didn't know about it and Wei wouldn't be the one to tell him.

The Queens: Scarred Queen

The Queens: Scarred Queen

he demanded from between gritted teeth, "won't you make this vow to me?" "Because I don't know what life will bring for me, what kind of dark twists it might have in store," she whispered, pleading with her eyes, trying to make him understand. "And since I don't believe in regrets, I refuse to give a vow that I might have to break if my motivation becomes powerful enough." He stared down at her, his expression one that she was becoming vastly familiar with; admiration mixed with fury. "Not good enough," he growled. "Give me your word anyway, Casey. Promise you will never consider taking your own life."

Rise of the rejected Luna

Rise of the rejected Luna

The laughter of a child in this house, the sound of footsteps on the porch, the feeling of sunlight on a life rebuilt from ashes. The wind brushes softly against my hair, carrying the scent of pine and rain. I close my eyes, holding Ryder’s arm around me, and whispering into the golden calmness: “This time… it is a life worth living right.” And somewhere deep inside me, I feel a heartbeat answer. Agreeing to the vows made and the path I had chosen.

THE CAMPUS ALPHA’S WOLFLESS MATE

THE CAMPUS ALPHA’S WOLFLESS MATE

About the life I was going to live because they’d made it possible. “Thank you,” I whispered. “For everything. For your sacrifice. For your love. For giving me the strength to finish this. I’ll make you proud. I’ll live the life you couldn’t. I’ll love fiercely and completely and without fear. That’s my promise. My vow. My tribute to you both.” The wind picked up. Warm. Gentle. Like an answer. Like approval. Like goodbye. Lycian’s hand found mine. We stood together. Two people who’d survived impossible odds. Who’d found each other against all logic. Who’d built something beautiful from tragedy and pain and hope.

This book is honestly such an addictive read. From the very first chapter, I was completely hooked. The author did an amazing job building the characters. Elowen is so relatable and strong despite everything she’s going through, and Lycian carries that intense Alpha presence that keeps you curious.

This book is pure magic! Elowen and Lycian’s story pulled me in from the very first chapter. The fake relationship trope is done so perfectly here, the tension, the slow burn, and the way their bond grows feels so real and emotional.

" I looked into his deep eyes and saw my reflection clearly within them. In this life, there was no betrayal, no despair. Only blooming flowers and a love that would never fade. "Joseph, I love you too."

Switching Vows

Switching Vows

Quinn kissed my forehead softly and suddenly said, "Actually, that day… I saw it." "Saw what?" I asked while sitting up slightly, only for him to gently lift my chin and kiss me deeply. "When you used a handkerchief to cover the tear in my shirt, I saw it," he murmured. In my past life, Quinn had died from cancer. Unlike other cancer patients, he seemed almost peaceful in death, as if he had merely fallen asleep. Just beyond the wall, Sadie had been complaining to someone. "He was such a selfish man, leaving me a widow at such a young age. My life has been so miserable."

Trapped By My Forbidden Alpha

Trapped By My Forbidden Alpha

I can not be protected without it. He must have seen it on my face because then his concern first deepend, and then… his face became hard. His palm came to rest on my mating bond, and he said gently, “I give you a vow.” I remained quiet. Shivering. His mouth fell close to my ears as he whispered, “A life bound vow. No matter what happens in the future, I will protect you with my life, Misha. I swear to protect you with my life and stop any danger that would come your way. This vow shall not break until I die or if I break this promise, I shall die.”

The story is very good BUT she's slow on updating. While everyone is asking for more updates, she started another book! I won't read anymore of her books once I finally finished this one! such a shame!
