The Ex-wife's Secret Empire: Beg For Me, Mr Blackwood

The Ex-wife's Secret Empire: Beg For Me, Mr Blackwood

had left behind. "They’re stabilizing the pH of the water," Thorne whispered, his voice hushed with a reverence that bordered on the religious. He was peering into one of the stone basins with a magnifying glass, his weathered hands steady despite the exhaustion etched into his features. "The runoff from the mountain was acidic, Maya. It was tainted by the Spire's dust; the pulverized remains of a thousand high-end processors. It should have been toxic. But since we laid them here... look."

Betrayed By My Husband, Became His Greatest Nightmare

Betrayed By My Husband, Became His Greatest Nightmare

And allowed myself—just this once—to let the armor rest. When the jet began its descent, I was standing at the window again. Composed. Aligned. Xavier adjusted his cuffs behind me. No words were necessary. We were steadier now. Not softer. Sharper. My phone vibrated. Unknown number. Again. One image. No text. I opened it. My breath stopped. It was an X-ray. Chest cavity. Implant visible. But beneath the standard stabilization unit— There was something else. A second, smaller structure attached to the casing.

she spat back, though her grip on her holster loosened slightly. "You’re not begging," Alexander replied. "You’re building. But the Spine doesn't belong to the North or the South. It belongs to the city. If one segment breaks, the whole body dies." Before Kael could respond, the station’s emergency sirens began to wail not the rhythmic tone of a mechanical failure, but a jagged, screeching sound that Alexander recognized instantly. It was the sound of a high-altitude override. "Alexander... get back..." Elena’s voice didn't come from the speakers this time; it vibrated directly into the metal of the floor beneath his feet.

The Alpha's Mute Mate

The Alpha's Mute Mate

All at once. A firestorm of agony erupted from my chest and spread outward, searing through muscle, tendon, and marrow. My back arched so violently I felt something snap near my spine. My vision blurred, and my jaw locked tight. No scream escaped me. I couldn’t scream. I was still mute.

The Alpha's Regret: His Secret Hybrid Heir

The Alpha's Regret: His Secret Hybrid Heir

The driver drove. The western flank's siege engines registered the incoming transport at approximately three hundred meters and began bringing their turrets to bear, which was the correct response and also too slow, because the transport wasn't stopping and the turrets' rotation speed was calibrated for targets at engagement range rather than targets that were going to be at contact range in the next fifteen seconds. Xander was standing in the transport's open cargo bed. At fifty meters he unleashed the full-expression frequency spike.

His finger flicked out, meeting the spike with a casual ease. The sound of metal shattering rang out. The spike, made of some unknown black metal, was effortlessly broken by Alexander's finger. It spun in the air before hurtling back, piercing Silver Fire's chest with unerring precision. Straight through the heart. Silver Fire was dead before he hit the ground.

I was hooked in reading this book. But why the sudden ending? It doesn’t make any sense. Still have alot of loose endings what happened to black maple master? The jade pendants? This is pure money making stint.

Noah, an Omega's story

Noah, an Omega's story

" Xander said with such relief when he saw Thaddeus sitting up. His face lit up as he ran toward the bed. But the smile dropped instantly when he saw that I was crying. He looked between Thaddeus and I a few times before Thaddeus finally turned and looked at him. Thaddeus slowly reached behind himself with his right hand, his hand brushing over where the knife was as he looked at Xander. "Xander, what's going on? Why can't I feel my legs?" I literally saw the color drain from Xander's face. His eyes filled with tears, his body drooped as he looked at Thaddeus. "I'm so sorry.... I was really hoping when you woke up you'd be able to feel them.... The knife, he got you in the spine. It was actu

I'm still loving this series. I read this one after book 2, but it would have been better reading it after book 1. Thank you Author. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the books in this series :)

Best book in the series! Even knowing bits of Noah’s story, this brought things to an entirely different level. Loved being able to get more details about so many of the characters, even if at times it was heartbreaking. So good!

The Alpha's Forbidden Heir

The Alpha's Forbidden Heir

Kael cried, his voice echoing off the metallic cavern walls. "You do," Lucien insisted, placing his hands on Kael’s trembling shoulders. "You have the architecture in your blood. Reach into the grid, find the security override for this quadrant, and simply… close the door." Kael closed his eyes. The blue glow became a blinding halo around his form. Suddenly, the entire Spire shuddered. The lights in the lower platform flickered and died. A deafening screech of feedback erupted from the speakers, and the Cleaners below dropped their weapons, clutching their helmets in agony as their internal HUDs were fried by a localized electromagnetic spike.

The Mate I Never Chose

The Mate I Never Chose

"The energy signature is spiking. We have it contained. Repeat: we have the core contained." Rangga froze. He watched as they deployed the pneumatic spikes—the very tools Arung had warned him about. They were driving the metal into the seams of the monolith, attempting to siphon the latent tectonic energy that kept the region alive. "No," Rangga growled, his knuckles white as he gripped the edge of the ledge.

The Rejected Luna's Twin Alphas

The Rejected Luna's Twin Alphas

Killian shouted, straining against Sarah’s impossible strength. I bolted for the console, Liam and Leo right behind me. The base of the spire was a mass of pulsing violet veins, anchored into the University’s foundation. It looked less like technology and more like a tumor. "I need a high-voltage discharge!" I yelled to Leo. "Give me everything left in the backup batteries!" "If I do that, the whole floor will go live!" Leo warned. "Do it!" I jammed the copper-wired syringe—the same one I had used on the Ninth Peak—directly into the heart of the violet mass.
