This is more centered around the best friend who is forgotten during the book because the main character forgets about her best friend due to her infatuation with the alpha boy.

"Walter, place Mr. Paul Roland's loan application on hold for now. He's earning big bucks for his business. It seems like he doesn't need it anymore."
